Anyway, that isn't the most important question regarding those powersets. The most important question IS: Can we have "mop" as a Staff option, and "giant butterfly net" as a Titan Weapon option?
I guess that's really two questions in one, but still: WAY more important.

You have to pay to use IOs and subscribe to be incarnate so I don't see how it's going "pay to win" when it started there.

I was under the impression that every month we would receive a reward token. Furthermore I was always taught that the 31 days constituting the period of time known as "October" was a "month." If #3 is the case, I maintain that have been cheated out of a "monthly reward token" by not receiving on in the month of October.
And defend the Devs all you want, but they are the ones who brought this on themselves by dangling "limited time only" Reward Token items in front of us. If the Tier 9+ rewards were something you'd eventually earn anyway, I would not be the least bit bothered by not receiving a token in the month of October.
If you Pay in Oct that pay time is up in Nov and you get a token.
Just think token=1/3 Vet reward and you'll understand.

A slight problem with that is a subscriber used to get costume parts (not many), powersets and quality of life upgrades as part of their sub.
Now if they want all three they have to pay extra.
Personally I find that a bit iffy, but if it was the only way the game could keep going. -
If you pay for a year your get enough points for 6 powersets, hoe often did we get 6 powersets a year previously?

Granted, things might have changed; it's been a couple of years. I know my fire guy was unusual when I made him (I didn't see many all-fire mages) but I gather it's now a 'valid' choice. Still, unless things have changed really drastically, you should still be able to make 3 completely different characters in the same class, so my point stands I think.
