I'm up for this with either Kronos X (providing i make it to 20 before Saturday) or Sunrod. Anytime Saturday is good for me providing we finish before 11pm

I would try and get all your attack powers with at least one accuracy. As Paragon Girl states, if you pvp at all, use 2 (my personal preference anyhow as it means you can hit +3/4/5 mobs)
Currently the slots in health are probably better off 1 in powerthrust(and put on auto hit) and another in bonesmasher. I use 3 in health and find it is very helpful to reduce downtime between mobs, but it isnt quite so necessary at 25.
You might also want to even out your slots in the primaries a little. Taking 1 out of power blast and burst, put 1 into snipe and go 1 acc, 3 damage and 1 into energy torrent.
But you definitely want accuracy enhancements in all your attacks, tho snipe you can get away without and just 3 slot for damage then use with aim and build up.

I have 3 accuracy in power thrust as it's my autopower (hold ctrl + click power for auto)

I do love energy torrent (in fact i miss it but just can't find a space for it in my build), i just found with the I5 changes i wasn't hitting anywhere near enough. You need 2 accuracy in this, or even 3. I respecced recently on test but even with 2 acc, missed far too often. Not really enough damage either, but as Halo has said, handy when hovering, handy for finishing off a group of mobs(if it hits! )

3 levels off incandescent strike and i can't wait.
Haven't got Nova form, don't intend to. Will get Dwarf at maybe 22 but i'm all for the all human form. Just too many good powers to choose from. Blaster with shields and i love eet!

How successful are endurance draining powers on Hami once it is held? If it's a 0 end, will it spawn mitos at 50 and 20ish %?

1) You don't really need air superiority. With /energy you have enough toggle droppers that this isn't needed. Hover would be much better. 3 slot for nice speed. Helps against knockback too as you just 'flip' in the air.
2) Power Thrust doesn't need that many slots at such a low level. Eventually it may warrant 3 slots - i have 4...3 acc, 1 knockback and use it as the auto punch for when things get too close - which they won't be afterwards. You should be ok with 2 slots and both acc for the time being.
3) Need at least 1 acc in energy punch.
4) 3 slot stamina.
5) Fly is very slow. You might be better off with superspeed instead. Especially if you get hover for vertical movement when needed. If so, get hurdle instead.
If you stick with fly then 2 or 3 flight speeds should see you ok. Especially if you 3 slot stamina (see 4)
6) You will be better off with power bolt instead of energy torrent. Torrent will draw too much aggro and i find rarely hits enough mobs anyway. Energy cone and aoe attacks are bit pants to be honest.
7) Recommended slotting for attacks is at least one acc (i favour 2 personally), 3 damage and either 2 rech red, or 1 each of rech red and end red.
8) Don't bother with range in power burst. It's a close up attack and the range enhancer makes that little difference an accuracy or damage enhancement is much better in its place.
9) Do not slot rest at all. Remove those slots now. Complete waste and can be used in either stamina or conserve power or hover if you get it.
10) You will eventually want to 3 slot hasten. If you have a spare slot after respeccing then use it here.

Well there's 10 of my thoughts. I'm sure others will add/update/recommend slightly different ways of thinking. In the end, it's up to you though.

I'm going all human with the exception of getting the Dwarf form for those 'oh *****' moments. Dwarf will not be slotted for anything - need the slots elsewhere.

Correction - we used to be the damage kings. Now we are little more than pea-shooters.
Secondaries though are great. Get into melee range and go open a can of whuppas. Energy secondaries are great, as it has to be said are electric ones. Nice big hitting with loads of extra effects.

Would be nice though if the 'reward' was a little better! Kheldians are a bit of jack of all trades master of none, even if you concentrate on 1 form.
Still enjoying my Pb atm but will reserve full judgement when after i get a few more levels!

I have to agree. Blasters have got the rawest end of the raw deal.
We are no longer glass cannons. More perspex pea-shooters.
Don't get me wrong, i still enjoy playing and will continue to do so - i just wish we were damage kings again. Cos at the moment we ain't by a long shot (though perhaps further than it used to be cos now i have room for a range enhancement! )

Since ED most blaster attacks are pointless as they do so little damage!
