I agree Pyber would be great for this. Guardian just isn't what it used to be.
A long time ago before the server transfer stuff came. Many people played villains. There were many VGs that were very active like villains of the world, Bane of Prometheus, Order Sixty-Six, Phist and many others. A few of these VGs broke up because of the server xfer stuff and tried to start over on other servers but didnt make it. If the devs wouldnt have messed with pvp i would probably still be on guardian.

Arena would be possible but not zone events. Many of the villain side pvpers have moved to freedom and when the villz were here not many heroes stepped into RV and some heroes jst give up. Arena matches would work just no more zone events.
I thought i would never leave guardian becayse i did play on freedom after i took a break then came back to guardian. But now i rarley get on guardian

Never take them on a blaster.
The only toon i have one of those powers on is my ss/invul brute. My only attacks are KoB, flurry and punch. And it works fine

Guardian pvp is pretty much dead.

Heroes: not sure
Villains: maybe shark

you dont really need soul mastery

come to freedom and remake your stalker. nin/nin stalkers arent so great. takes a lot of practice to be good with one.

if there any pvpers left on this server. a lot of the former pvpers of guardian have moved to freedom. Mostly just 2 whole Vgs moved over to freedom. Plagued and The Devils Own. if any pvpers would like to come over to freedom with us. we can help level or you can put up the $10 to transfer a pvp character over to freedom.

you can slot chance for heal procs in elec hehe. i'd still go elec/regen

Go elec/regen. If your opponent has bad end aNd its a no insp duel. Its an easy win for you

Ready your completely wrong. The fire heal is better than DP in arena and zone. Heals decay only if used more than once in 8seconds.
