Just popped on to test and used the MA to check the colors used in a Vanguard Wizard's uniform. Using the costume color chart from Paragon Wiki the colors are:

All parts of the helmet, chest detail, shoulders, gloves, belt, and boots:
1st color: color # 3 (found in row A)
2nd color: color # 5 (found in row A)

Chest and legs:
1st color: color # 121 (found in row m)
2nd color: color # 5 (found in row a)

Face: color # 121 (found in row m)

Another option would be to use the test server MA. If you put a Vanguard NPC into a custom group and then customize them as a standard character you'll be able to see exactly what colors they use in their uniforms.

The PPD breifing on Trolls seems to point that way.

I'm not sure what "pure" superadine the family are using, but I'm pretty sure Underbosses and Consiglierie are described as having "minor super powers," which is what allowed raise in the Family hierarchy. I'm not sure there is canon evidence to the Family ever taking drugs, themselves (at least not Superadyne) and instead keep largely to shoguns and tommyguns.

Information about pure and uncut strains of superadine can be found in Top Secret: the Family.

My 2 cents on this whole thing, leave the badges in but lower the requirements substantially so they can be earned via normal play. Say scale most of the AE Badges like this:

1 > 2 > 5 > 10 > 25

lower the kill and ticket badges to:

10 > 25 > 50 > 100 > 250

and eliminate the Hall of Famer badge and possibly the builder line. I'm not into badges anymore so I don't know for certain but I "think" these badges are the ones people are causing alot of the abbernat behavior "you rate me and I'll rate you."

I'd go a step further and replace the salvage storage bin interface with the player salvage interface. It has the tabs for different salvage types and can sort several different ways.

And now for a couple of my own QoL suggestions:


<ul type="square">[*]Change the interface for stores and enhancement salvage bins so the enhancements are grouped in tabs by type (damage, accuracy, invention, etc.) like they are at the auction houses and invention tables.[*]Add a generic quartermaster type store near the auction houses.[*]Give every contact a cell phone (including Faathim) and have them give out their number at the completion of the 1st mission.[/list]

I'm excited...been waiting to switch sides for a long time now. But this is the sentance that has me really interested:

"This will be the first major expansion for the City of Heroes franchise since the launch of City of Villains® in 2005."

Since they're comparing it to COV hope fully it will have alot of new content like COV had, lots of new zones, story arcs, and SF's.

Well there are many of the praetorians in MA but i'm just wondering why anti-matter wasnt involved. Out of all of the FP i decide to make an arc revolving one of them end up picking Positron and i wanted to invlove AM in it

What about running an Ouroboros TF or a story arc in flashback mode? There wouldn't be as many merits as a true TF but it might be a nice change of pace. Say somethin AV heavy like Mendor Silos' villain TF or Viridian's story arc. Or maybe both, Silos' villain TF is pretty short.
