Does the Marcone Capos give the family badge or do I have to hunt down Underbosses and Consigs? I know I have killed at least 50 and there is no apparent place to see where it might be advancing since it is a CoH badge. I must be close to the Mook Capo badge too.

What good is the extra XP if you have to use it to pay off debt when your team turns a corner and runs into a spawn with 6 nulifiers in it and they chain stun and knockdown the entire group over and over and over....... -

The print screen button (PrtScr button, near the Scroll Lock or F12 key) will take the picture and put it in the CoH folder under screenshots. Screenshots will not have any interface or windows in them. The game will also take a screenshot with the windows/interface in it and put it on the clipboard. If you want this image you need to open up an image program, Paint will do, and paste it in there and then save it. This will only be saved until the next screenshot is taken.

This will take screenshots with all the extra windows in it, saves you from having to paste into an image program.

There is also a Screenshot toggle command you can set up in options that will do the same thing. I use CTL+PrtScn to toggle between a Ui screenshot and normal. -

This morning, I had PMs in my box saying the Accuracy of Dark Melee, Energy Melee and Claws seem to be wrong. I've gotten similar PMs about Ninja Blade as well.
We've tons of data here which all support that accuracy is working as intended and players still have a base 75% to hit even level critters.

Then please check accuracy enhancements and inspirations and make sure they actually give a bonus and not take it away. It seems like the first attack I make after taking an acc insp will miss.
I had a friend log out of the game for a day for loosing to an even con spectral knight minion. It never missed him and he never hit it. He was majorly pissed that he was killed by a single minion. -

They may not expand that way. They will probably try to give heroes more to do. They will try to give heroes more "dimension." -

You want something like this. (this is one of mine)

then you make a file in your keybind directory called attack1.txt, and put something like this in it.

The command makes them attack your target and puts them in aggresive mode. You can add in text color commands or different emotes and text, etc...
As long as the last file points back to the first one, you are good. If you are creative enough, you can make a huge loop of these, and thats just for one key. Works with all pet commands, etc...
To make them move around like you said, substitute in the 'goto' command.

So what we would need to do is break down each key into its own seperate files, IE.. files for attack, defense, goto and so forth if we want to have different things said? -

I don't know if this is the type of information you are looking for, but I will know if it is usefull since there are four SAs in the next level range and I have contacts for two of them and I don't have a contact for the Pwnz badge, so I hope the next two contacts will take care of that or there will be no point in doing this further if there is any now. -
One thing I have looked for and haven't found is a contact link. What I meant is that if you start off with soanadso, he will offer soanso as a contact. This way I would be able to plan out which ones to do missions for and which ones will give me SAs and badge missions. My main character missed out a on a couple of SAs and badge missions because of this. It probably only matters in the low levels when they offer two contacts to choose from when you get a new contact.
I have been doing this for my new natural hero and the only snag I have found so far is that one contact gave me two contacts in the same level range while another didn't give me a contact.
I think this happened because I was saving the spelunker badge mission when I started getting new contacts and that contact didn't give me a new one since I still had an open mission at the time so another contact gave me two contacts. -
I would question your sanity for waiting so long to get flash.
That power can save a group wipe if slotted as soon as possible. It will turn a large group encounter into a small one (if any resist) and allow you to kill at relative ease.

My character is a Faerie who got bored and wanted to see what was happening in the land of mortals. She is basically here to have fun.

I copied my level 29 illusion/kenetics controller over to test to see what it would be like. With 3 slots in CB and Hurdle I could jump 58 yards a jump. 3 slots in swift and sprint is very fast but I didn't get to see how fast. I know that with 1 slotted sprint and swift I could boost myself up to faster than superspeed, so I imagine that 3 slotted would dust SS.
I will probably go with super jump anyway with my scrapper. -
I plan on taking combat jumping at 10th (I think), but I don't know if I plan on getting any other travel power. My plan was to make a anime style character and while they run fast and jump high, they don't do it as a super would. Is it possible to fit slots into CJ and hurdle (3 total each) and still be somewhat viable for getting around?
I would love to be able to have 3 slots each in sprint and swift if it could be shoehorned in there. -
There is no reason for them to put in the Nictus yet until CoV comes out.
That would be like allowing Hannible Lector into Hooters, but not letting him touch/eat anything/anybody.
What would be the point? -

A Council of War could refer to a branch of the Rikti revolting and coming over to the hero side. There was mention of an alien AT and something about something going on with the Rikti mentioned in posts a while ago.

I'm not sure if I completely understand you, but what I think you mean is that you use the arrow keys for movement (like me). And you bound Down to the Down Arrow & when you move down, you are still in hover mode (not fly).
That is because the Down Arrow (it's actual name is just down) no longer activates SoD, by overwriting the bind you disabled Sod on that key.
I bound Down to Numpad0 - keeping the Down Arrow to Backward.

The options page doesn't show the proper names for the keys. The arrow keys are called by what direction they move you; up, down, left and right. -
I am using a modified version of the OP's bind, but I am having a problem with autorun/fly. When I click on autorun, it puts me into hover instead of flight. I haven't tried using it for follow yet, so I doin't know if there will be problems with that.
