what lighting do you guys use to get the bright blues and pinks and other pastels on the walls. ive tried duplicate it numerous times, all with no success. care to share the secret to what im doing wrong?

The first place I heard 'Toon' used was on The Realm many years back, where it was common. Apparently, the 'toon' vs. 'character' thing largely depends on what your introduction to online gaming culture was. There isn't really much of a difference.

I got sort of the same problem but with a twist. I was able to get the Seraphina Arc and I was able to get the second arc and I fought Scirocco. However then he told me to report back when I was level 45. So I made it to level 45 and nothing. He just said something like 'You have surpassed our expectations' or some garbage like that. Then never gave me any 45+ story arc. He won't give me any other mission though I am finding out that my other SG mates are getting 45+ arc from thier patrons.

Yeah two of my friends are having that same problem, they hit 45 but cannot get a new arc from their patron (Ghost Widow) but Scirocco will offer me missions 45+ now. Also one, on a different alt, was never offered the 2nd arc for Ghost Widow, i think, in the 40-44 range.

No offense but if you aren't willing to go back and make it easier to read because there are "too many" paragraphs, then that says it isn't too important to you. With that big block of text it really puts a strain on my eyes nd makes it very difficult to get through.

You have to click on the "expand article" near the bottom and will show you more, inclding the new powers.

They are also all over Port Oakes, real low levels. That is how I got mine.

As for Leery, I have done both Respecs and have both respec accolades. I have not used my second respec just yet, but right now he will not talk to me, andI am level 35.

Family bosses do not unlock the slot machine.

Marcone capos and consiglieres will grant you the gangbuster badge, which unlocks the machine.

Any specific area in port oaks? I have looked around and after like an hour have seen like only 2-3. Am 34 so was hoping to unlock the slots before I outleveled it.

It is the VIP badge you get from the CoH Collector's edition, just renamed to fit in CoV.

If you outlevel these contacts, you are NOT hosed. They work just like CoH contacts. You can go back to them in person and get their arcs at any level, though the enemies will be the level of the contact. I just did Veluta at level 27.

This works for Veluta, but may only be her. I am level 30 and she offers me the arc, but both Henri Dumont and Archmage Taraxis say they have nothing for me anymore.

Actually all three covers are previewed in the article. Its just that the Perez cover is up at the top of the article instead of down with the others. You can still click it to see a large version of it. I'd have to say its my favorite of the three.

Definately the best TF in the game (and I have done them all but Calvin Scott's so far). Unique, suprising and a lot of fun!

To the OP:
It amuses me that you are so dead-set against these "anime-inspired" costumes because to me the only reason is that YOU are not getting what YOU wanted.
You started this whole post by saying you want anime avatared posters to stop telling you that you may like it, because you know you won't. Then it quickly changed to basically saying it is unfair that we are getting these options and not the ones you want. Now you of course have the right to express your opinion on the matter, but my thoughts are that why would it be fair to give you what you wanted, and not the hordes of people who may enjoy these? Not every thing they put in the game will appeal to everyone out there, as can be seen daily on these boards. I don't use capes or auras all that often, but does that mean they should not have put them in until they put in something I wanted?

This statement you made says to me that since the beginning you wanted something else. To me it seems that you got tired of them immediately, so why would any new ones satisfy you for long? I can't wait to see thse new options, and I am buy no means a great fan of anime. But they will provide some options that are in great contrast to those we currently have in the game. I probably won't use most any of them, unless something jumps out at me, and I too would like to see other costume options. However, by no means should they not put them in because a lot of players won't like them, because I am sure just as many players will more than welcome them.

Do you have to like them? No Do you have to use them? No To you have to even just deal with it? No But don't think that just because YOU don't want them that they should abandon the concept and put in things you want. CoH is a large community and they are trying to cater to everyone. You will get what you want, it just might not be right now.
