The combat logs often miss entries from powers with lots of rolls. Doesn't mean they aren't happening. It's possible RoA isn't doing all three, but combat log and lack of orange numbers really isn't evidence as both have issues.

Rikti Drones actually don't have +perception, they just ignore Stealth powers (that's why they don't attack you from an increased distance like Snipers).
  3. I don't believe you can lock their position, but you could do a '/wdwsave' and if something gets out of whack, do a '/wdwload' to restore the state (there's variants where you specify a layout name, as well).
  4. You lay the trip mines in the mob's path, and you pull the mob. You can get quite a large number of trip mines that way. Also, I <3 my Gun Drone on my 50 Ar/Dev It puts out good damage and can actually have MULTIPLE out

I believe that the power still does the same damage, it's just that the red numbers might not show on your screen.
  6. TOs get the best price at the 'Store' on your map, and is in most of the zones. It's staffed by Longbow members. Of course, that premium isn't going to suddenly make TOs worth much.

You mean the cursor 'fix'? There's an option in the in-game Preferences to enable/disable the compatibility cursor.
  8. I don't believe there's been any word so far.
  9. They're either 0 or 100% chance based on which 'ammo' you're on... so technically it is a 'chance-to' but in practice that's just the internal mechanic they used to make the ammo-swapping work.

It should really be integrated into the Installer/Uninstaller to request permissions automagically.

Are you using Vista or Windows 7? If so, run the installer by right clicking on the file and selecting 'Run As Administrator' so it will have appropriate permissions.
  12. Don't use that version, it's old and obsolete, use the one from here, which is current and maintained.
  13. As Smurphy said, Vengeance benefits from +recharge of all forms. The only thing special about Vengeance is it disallows normal Recharge enhancements (TO/DO/SO/common IOs, not set). That change (or was that since the start?) was put in place since long before they made it so powers could ignore recharge modifications (WP's T9 was the first, I believe), and unless there's an issue with Vengeance being abused it's unlikely that Vengeance will be modified to take advantage of that functionality.

According to Mids', it would appear so.
  15. From your description it does sound like the video card failed (or some other piece). By any chance do you have some other card you could swap with it, to confirm that it is indeed the problem part?
  16. Of the two, I'd personaly say Zombies... but, both are Melee pets and Storm often causes lots of chaos, which'll make it harder for the Zombies (or Ninjas) to do their work... so be warned!
  17. The settings for both live and test are stored in the Windows Registry.

You'll need to open regedit (Win+R -> Type in 'regedit', Run), then navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cryptic and you'll see 'Coh' and 'CohTest' (I'll assume you can figure out which is which

I'm not really sure which registry key it is, unfortunately. Most of them are fairly obvious from the names, but I could only guess at which one controls FSAA without doing some experimentation (I don't see the values documented on ParagonWiki, unfortunately).

Other than the order of how you get your powers... how do you see that making a difference? Blasters already have an incredibly high base damage for both their range and melee attacks, so it's unlikely they could have a higher base damage.

Health at level 50 will provide you with a whopping 2.14 hp/sec. That will have pretty much zero impact on your survivability. There are many other powers that will help far more... don't be afraid of click buffs/debuffs, they're going to be FAR more powerful than toggles or passives ever could be.

Plus, I use a tiny laptop mouse with no extra buttons (I bought a 'gaming' mouse once... but it made my hand feel like I was being stabbed repeatedly!)

Near: No (the blinking power icon is your only warning, unless you want to use the third-party Herostats).
Active/Over: Have it show your damage modification amount (Rage's crash is just a massive -dmg debuff... well, mostly).
  22. You mean you want an AT that has both Melee and Ranged powers? Just off the top of my head, but Blasters (ranged primary, with a non dev/mm secondary), Soldiers of Arachnos, Dominators, and Peacebringers all have combinations of Melee and Ranged powers where it's expected you'd have and take both (SoA vary from branch to branch).

You can expand the standard tray twice, one of the trays being bound to ctrl+number (the top most tray), the other alt+number (the middle tray). I'd highly recommend making using of them, as it gives you far more bind oppertunities.

Also, since you want both Swift and Hurdle, then you should drop Health. Health is nice, but definitely not nicer than the other powers you're skipping. My Huntscrab makes heavy use of both Venom Grenade and Frag Grenade (and since you have WAWG, you'll be able to spam Frag Grenade with no concern for the knockback).

I'd also recommend taking Surveillence, as it'll add ANOTHER 20% resistance debuff (along with -15% def), and when stacked with Venom Grenade will reduce a target's resistance by a massive 40%! My Bane Spider actually has those two, combined with a -20% Res proc, and Shatter Armor, for a potential of a MASSIVE -80% resistance to all, and -100% resistance to Toxic! That surpases the amount of -res that even a Sonic Defender could apply to a singular target, while doing an insanely larget amount of damage at the same time.

You can edit your costume at any time by going to Icon (the tailor), which is at a number of locations throughout the city. Editing your costume does cost some inf... At only level 5, you might consider just rerolling your character instead of jogging to one of the locations and trying to pay for the edit.
