variety is the spice of life - what badges you dont like , well ignore them, all im saying is if i earned them DON@T take them off me. but alas i am not to keep them, (not my decision), nor am i to keep my account (my decision based on something not my decision.)

there is something we can do about this - no-one is indispensable and no-one is bigger than the game, not even the devs believe it or not.

class action is the only way to protect that which you have earned. but who is brave enough to meet the risks?

MA is a success - but dont remove the rewards you have earned.

yay good idea - my subs are up on june 4th so i should really do something in the spirit of going rogue (which i won't see now , principles n'all) and give all my stuff to my CoH enemy.

any suggestions on this ?

well its been fun while it lasted.

i had said before in the forum that if you take a way the badges i put so much time, effort and money into collecting that i would take away my subs.

i dont play this game to negate my time here - the devs coqued up, NOT me. i just played within your rules (no i'm not a farmer).

i nly got 2 vet badges - a third coming up i tink - but the two i have were definately late.

when i did the trial about 18mnths ago i tried to join the US servers but NCsoft would not take paypal payment from european addresses for the US servers. I had to join CoHeu then. the same may apply to US addresses for CoHeu. (just a thought)

i played around with SL for a while and got some very good results modelling. how would this compare to the engines you are describing ?

i had no idea about the value of crafted enny's when i first joined - i must have put billions through the atlas park trainer in my first couple of months.

eventually it dawned on me that i could go much further with my toons than just using standard IO's when my H's and V's reached lvl 50 and now all my toons rake it in because i check every recipe i get.

i prefer to craft than to just sell now. i think in the long run it is more benificial for the inf to then buy the recipies or enny's i need for my own sets.

it doesn't matter what the colour of the recipe is to me - as you get badges for crafting anyhow. and crikey - still more recipies being introduced

NOOBS - check all your recipies - thats my advice

i did nothing to the already installed and run program - i had used the test server 2 weeks ago to buid a new toon. chuffed that it had finally, on the 10th or 12th attempt, worked.
i then had the above said probs of transferring a toon. now appharently, i am calling the server (an inanimate object) names because the program now wants to take 5 hours to install whatever i do AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. the only difference is that, after good advice here, i successfully transferred a toon. i discovered the loading probs when i went to test the transfer - which i have not been able to do because of said probs.

no i am not a computer genius - what is checksum and what does it have to do with me? wait - dont tell me - i dont want to know - i am forgetting it.

im not blaming anything, pls re-read posts ...

the fact is it is not user friendly - or it is not me friendly anyways.
another fact is, the server gets blamed for a sight more than you think i'm blaming it for anyhow LOL.

please apply your reply to anything that the server gets blamed for.

it will simply be easier if i forget it. and i will not be clogging up this forum with pointless posts either.

yup - copied to already used test folder - i started a lvl 1 toon last week cos the only char transfer i could find was costing money. so i copied my lvl 50 to the test server and later i tried logging in. it went thru updating and then finally decided to download for 5 hours. at that point i copied the current piggs and ran the upload again - and it showed another 5 hours still to download. this is my dozen'th attempt in a year to do this so i think i will leave it now. CO is looking more attractive every day :P

well i cpoied then the damned thing wanted to take 5 hours to upload - even with piggs copied - so i aint gonna bother - this game lats me down on a daily basis lately.

i recently attempted to transfer a toon over to the test server but the only options to transfer appeared to cost money. Contravening what i had read elsewhere that it would be free ? can anyone tell me how to transfer a toon for free pls ?
