Problems paying with paypal?

I'm not sure if it is to do with COH or paypal, but has any else had any problems paying for game time with paypal? I just tried paying for 3 months, and each time i tried (4) it said there was an error.

I don't see how it can be much to do with paypal (never had any problems before) and before people ask the obvious. Yes the fund are in my account too.

Anyone else had these sort of problems?
I do have until the 29th to fix it however

Wait... we can pay with Paypal?

I didn't see the option in the billing page.

I've been trying to subscribe to CoH EU but living in the US my bank won't allow the credit card transaction. So I had to purchase a EU gamecard from an online dealer.

If I can get Paypal going, I'll be set.

when i did the trial about 18mnths ago i tried to join the US servers but NCsoft would not take paypal payment from european addresses for the US servers. I had to join CoHeu then. the same may apply to US addresses for CoHeu. (just a thought)
