Log in to the Beta Server. Go to Atlas Park. Open your map, and reselect all the crap that gets deselcted, specifically Trainers. You'll find that Brawler is near the top-right corner of the map. Head over there, and you'll find a PPD station.

Go inside, and find Brawler. Click on him, and in the window that pops up, click on Ask About This Contact.

The result:


Brawler is a member of the Freedom Phalanx.

If he wasn't meant to be, then someone screwed up big time including him in the Sig Arc Promo art.

Thanks to an inside source (who wishes to remain anonymouse), I've managed to find out some of the upcoming info for I-21!

First up, we have a new Offensive Power Set: [REDACTED]. Now, I know what you're thinking. "[REDACTED]? Really? That sounds lame...". My source has assured me that it's awesome. As a matter of fact the awesome is inversely proportional to the lameness that [REDACTED] seems to be.

Of course, when you make a new Offensive Power Set, you should make a new Defensive Power Set, and they did: [REDACTED]! My source tells me that when you make a [REDACTED]/[REDACTED] character, it's so awesome, [REDACTED]!

I can't wait see if it really is [REDACTED], or just plain old [REDACTED]...

Next, we have a list of Quality Of Life changes coming. Everything pretty much speaks for itself.
