Guardian is a good Medium server. We just recently had a group migrate there a few weeks ago.
We may not be the biggest server, but we're a family there.

I just logged in, and it seems that Training Room has been wiped/backed up, and replaced with a copy of Freedom from the Live Servers.

Server Status only has two listings for Training Room: Down or Unknown.

Everything here sounds like accolades. Those require a series of badges to earn, the only exceptions being V.I.P./Destined One and Vigilant/Determined, both of which required money to earn (buying the right DVD boxed set and staying subscribed to the game from August 15, 2009 - November 15, 2009).
So c'mon, if you're gonna make a new accolade, then list the badges needed to earn it. -
I think you have that backwards... The CoH Devs are Acranaville's sockpuppets. That's fact, BTW...
