That's the problem I had, Hyperstrike. And I did the same thing, with the N key. I also have a seperate bind file for all of my characters.

Right-click on the installer, and choose to Run As Administrator. That should solve the problems with installing.

I don't know if you are supposed to register to be able to download the files or not. Some in this thread have reported that they can download without needed to be registered/logged in, while others have not.
Sending a PM to Beef, and asking about it, (and directing him to this thread) should get an answer. If it turns out that no registration is supposed to be required to download the files, then he can try to find the bug and fix it. If it is, then we can take it from there. -
Personally, I've always found the way Tab cycles to be odd. I've never seen any sort of consistency to it. Sometimes it'll start with the closest target, sometimes the farthest, and sometimes in the middle.
Not long after I starded playedig, I decided to leave Tab alone, and bind N to target_enemy_near. Pressing N will always target the [N]ext enemy closest to me, and Tab will continue to cycle in its odd way. -
That made me *snerk*!!
