I was about to post a reply asking for GR to be released on November, as that is my vacation time... but suddenly my eyes got opened!

Good idea on getting it on August 10! That way I can have Issue 18 for August 29 (a very special day), and Issue 19 for late September.

That means I could have Issue 20 for my vacation!!!

Well, you find good and evil persons on both sides. Its easy to imagine an idealistic hero, defending praetoria people... who suddenly discover that he was promoting the opression of everyone around him. When someone is totally taken by some kind of ideology they can be blind to everything up to the last minute... Then, when he is show the "other side", he can be badly broken and turn to a deadly evil villain... or try to redeem himself and became a blazing hero...

Well... first thing I would considerate is: She is stronger... but why people on that planet evolved to be stronger?

If they are that way because of too many extremes of the planet Biome, I would try making her as strong (and big) as I could get, maxing every slide.

But one concept that I would also consider is "density"... I think (with no science basis whatsoever, just pseudo-considerations) I would make her a little (some 30%) SMALLER than an average person, but at the same time maxing all the other sliders (except legs, as it would actually make her bigger, and that isnt the idea) to the max. I would think on a very tough woman, shaped by her world to be really hard. She would be brutish, but not hulking brutish...

Anyway, when you decide on the look, share with us! I want to see what you created!

I have 85% chance of being able to bring my Shield/Ice Tanker... Just have to contact my medic to arrange the last things to my return to work from the broken foot...

The only planning I do on the toons I create is seeing what kind of powers they can bring... what is the sets "flavor"...

Only thing I do about power-picking is trying to get Stamina as fast as I can (but that not always means level 20... sometimes the toon is performing so well without stamina that I can hold back it a little) and choose a travel power (if I get one of those). I also dont take a power only because I have to get one... If I get a power, its going to be taken to the 6th slot (there is a few exceptions - no rule is absolute).

The slotting I do based on performance... If I feel that a power needs some extra damage, then it gains a new slot for it... same thing for all the other parameters... When I start fiddling with Sets for the toon, I try to see what is the sinergy about the set pieces, and if some frankenslotting will bring me to my goal for that specific power...

I want to let my toons grow by thenselves... Sometimes I end doing some kind of mistake... I try to live with most of then... when I find that it isnt possible, then I respec the toon...
