Good points to make, forgot to add those in when i made the original post.
This is an AV/Pylon ect build. No concept at all.
Purple sets are fine as part of the budget but the pvp io is something I wont be getting for a while if ever. Anyone's own take on the build is more then welcome. I was thinking about not running Dark Consumption in favor of using laser eyebeam as a set mule but with a higher recharge from purple sets I don't think that will be viable. -
what do you guys think? thoughts advice?

So here is my Kat/Reg build i am shooting for at 50, it's not a bill inf build seeing as 100mill is a lot of inf for me already =( the LotG's are going to be the only expensive IO's i have to find everything else I already got. Few things, Siphon life should be slotted for mostly dmg/healing its a great dmg attack. Dark Consumption should be slotted for end recovery, Focused accuracy isnt that great. costs a butt load of end and doesnt give much hit. Stamina seems a little overslotted. Heres the build I plan on using when I hit 50 with my DM/SR (currently 43 with most of these IO's already slotted)

I see, well would probably be general play then. I wouldn't need him for a farming build anyway, while working on a spines/sr and my fire/kin is closing in on 50.

Got my hands on 3 out of 4 kinetic combats to go in DA, running into endurance issues though when fighting AVs. Am i doomed to bring blues with me?

Yea, I am well aware of how well Shield Defense is. Got a 43 Shield/SS tanker doesnt even feel like a tanker. I wanted to make DM/SD but imo i see too many, rather play something I don't see as often. ala my katana/invuln.
