I do not enjoy farming, find them boring and pointless, but after playing five years I get bored of certain areas. Mainly level 1-20; low level I fight most tedious because your character is using the basic of powers available. Level 12-20 are manily used on movement and fitness powers (not all powersets require this).

There are times I want to bypass those early levels and when I got a tell yesterday, on my level 14 controller, asking if I wanted to join a farm I said sure. Now since I14 went live finding a team has been a bit more difficult.

Join that team, eight person, and ran the Comm officer map twice. My team oriented level 14 Plant/Kin controller is now a soloable SO'ed out level 22. Got me over the hump that I so disliked. Will probably do again with any new low level alts, to get to where I can enjoy the game and my character.

Well I'm not going to wait 3-5 days. We need 2 or none. Giving only 1 means we have to choose which of our TWO builds stays gimped. So either let us fix both builds or just don't take care of your player base. One respec is like french kissing your sister.

Frankly I am surprised people need 2 respec, not to mention just 1 though. Being a five year vet I have at least 5-6 respecs on every alt.

Also gimping your character twice must take real talent. (If you need one bad then do the respec mish, not like they are hard or anything.)

First you must ask yourself "She posting in wrong forum" but then I answer "Oops". Actually I meant to start this thread in this section because I seek players that not only will play (limited time) in-game but also spend time writing and occasional chip in on a group drawing.

I am putting together an 8-person theme group/super-group. The actual in-game sessions will be every other Sat evening which will be in roleplay mode. The writing sessions consist of on-going threads (in the SG website) that everyone will be interacting in.

Not only will the group be themed but will only consist one of every AT, though two blasters, and everyone will be pacted (still deciding on this).

The group is similair to Green Lantern Corps but hopefully different enough. Here is the backstory and information about what being members entail:

Write up for Celestial Sentries

I am seeking three individuals to round out the group; you must be available for the in-game time (every other Sat evening for 3-4 hours) and willing to write during the time between sessions.


This theme group while consisting of some RP effort which is meant to be very casual. Since in-game time is every two week you will not be pressured to log into CoH; also while posting/writing is part of a members "responsibility" you are not asking to write chapter after chapter.....just enough to make your presence known and contribute to the stories.

If you are interested please PM me or reply here, also make known what AT you would like to play (myself and Larissa will be using the two remaining AT's after everyone had choosen). I then will reply back with the SG website link and how to get started.

After all eight members have been choosen and the group begins its adventure I can post the site's link for those that wish to follow our zany adventures (though this is a semi-serious heroic team).

As long as it will take, could not care. It is a game, I will spend some time here and there until i am satisfy with my base.

Cheaper and no disadvantage that I see.

Will not affect me at all. I play CoH not for the bases, which is a nice side hobby.
