Sorry for this basic question, but I just started getting into the Incarnate stuff and according to this wonderful guide:
Besides participating in trials, players may also "buy" experience using inf and Incarnate Threads. Players can convert 1 Incarnate Thread + 1m inf into either Physical or Psychic Incarnate Experience, which will be applied to the next slot which is not yet unlocked
Where do I need to go to do this? Can't find it for the life of me.
Thanks in advance for the help! -
Quote:This is the fix...thanks for posting! Now I'm back in. I deleted the checksum file in the CoH folder, verified files and flushed my DNS cache as was suggested in another thread
Windowskey-R opens the command line window, enter this
ipconfig /flushdns
YMMV, good luck

I wouldn't put too much thought into it as they tend to get squashed before they can provide much of a benefit. I usually just pic the one that fits my characters concept the best.

Greetings Scrappers and Scrapettes,
I recently rolled a Fire/Elec Scrapper based on a goofy character concept I had. I haven't seen too many running around the streets of Paragon, so my question is, does anyone have experience with this combo? What are your thoughts regarding the effectiveness of the Primary & Secondary powers? What are the "Must Have" & "You Can Skip" powers? What, if any, IO Sets should I keep in mind? etc...
Frayed Wire just dinged level 30 last night, and has been a ton of fun to play so far. I hope your ideas, comments & suggestions will make for an even better play-experience on the way to 50 and beyond! -
I've been trying to login for the past 3 days, and after reading this little tidbit, Viola! I am finally back in the forum business. So please, do not discard the above advice.

As for the smack talk: it goes hand in hand with PvP as a rule. It's easy enough to ignore it or just smack right back, IME.

I disagree. I came to CoH 19 months ago, mostly because after a year in a very serious UT Clan, I was just burnt out from straight up real PvP (you know, the kind where you actually have to aim to hit your target, and move to avoid being hit).
The most successful clans, in my experience, were also the most gracious and mature clans. Even if they technically pwned us into oblivion, they were polite and low key in their victory.
Trash talk and bragging is the sign of an insecure player looking for attention. Bragging in PvP doesn't make you a better person, doesn't net you a hot girlfriend, and certainly doesn't make ones package any bigger. Get over yourself.
If you 'win', do so with grace and style. Compliment your opponents on a battle well fougt. But to say the [censored] talking should just be accepted as part and parcel of PvP is ridiculous. It's not. Perhaps if more sportsmanship was displayed, people wouldn't be turned off to PvP. -

There. Finally settled on one.

Great minds think alike! Or is it minds that couldn't come up with anything better? I'll stick with the first one -
Sometimes you just gotta jump on that bandwagon
