The rage defense debuff is going to be a killer if they stick with nerfing EA/keeping ice tankers down, I'm ice/SS

Well for starters, my friend would Smile knowing that no one's in my fireing path except villians and bust out full auto
And my psionic defender hero (Natural origen, no special powers, trained his mind to the point of near insanity) would just forcefield untill psychic scream was ready. -
Natural origen heroes have the upper hand? Also...
The comic reminded me of a bizarro world COH run by blizzard or SOE for obvious reasons -
What gets me is the "We listen to who screams the loudest, not who speaks the clearest" mentality. Previous regen/invul nerfs, people SCREAMED, both got buffs instead...
Ice tankers and stone tankers(previously) and storm defenders intelligently present their cases, and are thrown on the slab in the slap happy butcher shop that is the test server. -

Another thing, everything and it's grandmother debuffs defense, a rare few debuff resistance.

Geko, one question though.
Why does a heavy resist set (doesn't it cap out at what? 90?) like invul get a defense/accuracy boost with no real negatives, while an ice tanker has virtually no resists to speak of and is essentially no better than a SR scrapper in capibility?
And no matter how many times you stack EA, you could stack it 1000 times over and over again, there will always be a 5 percent chance to be hit, meaning we're no better than a well slotted SR scrapper with some gimmicky auras.
Stone is a nice mix of RES and Defense, and it's not game breaking, so why can't ice be similar or at least resist more status effects and toxic damage to make up for the gapeing holes in the set? (As of now, I can't think of any tanker set that resists or defends against toxic)
I think we deserve a slight bit of resist so we're not just a "oh we couldn't find an invul, stone tank, or fire tank, so you'll do" alternative. -

Arms crossed, deep dark slow evil laugh.
And a taunt styled animation where it points at the target, points back at themselves, then you do a "thumbs down" -
Yes but, why should you really have to waste slots to make your travel powers NOT SUCK? honestly... (I play builds that NEED every last little slot, and the idea of slotting up anything just to use it as a travel power horrifies me, which is why I always take Super jump or super speed.)

Will these epic ATs have -100% damage and resists and have mobs that kill them by looking at them crooked?

Modificaitons such as data mods, or modifications such as pigg files and the like? (turn spine scrappers into metal spike scrappers, improve stone armor's ****ty graphics. turn the world of COH more "comic booky", etc..)
if the client side graphic modding is being banned/blocked, that's lame to the Nth power times 10. It's not like anyone else can see the changes, or causes anyone any problems. -
Earth control and the storm secondary for controllers...
Will they be looked at/tweaked? graphically or stat wise? (I'd like better looking holds =P)
Any plans on changing earthquake to just plain vanilla flavored knockdown for all mobs? And are tornado and thunderstorm going to be looked at? (Tornado is a bit chaotic and has iffy range AI, Thunderstorm has wicked knockback)
And gale accuracy, I know it's a purely situational thing, but it kind of sucks to only blow back ONE thing that's chargeing you while your health is in the can. (and this is with an accuracy SO) Is it bugged or am I doing something wrong?
And lastly, costume pieces... Will we ever see transparent goggles/visors? Or any costume pieces with animated textures? I can't perfect my WWII flying ace guy without goggles, and the moving texture idea would rock for my tech heroes. -
Earth Controllers, and the storm secondary, will tornado's range perception be fixed, and will earth get a little more oomph?
Also, ice melee, stone melee, will damage VS end consumption be tweaked?
Will we see any new costume additions whatsoever? (at LEAST give us transparent goggles dammit)
And PLEASE show us the new graphics for the stone armors -
I wanna see Travel powers for NORMAL heros (my poor flying ace is grounded permanently.) And graphics to explain them (Jetpack anyone?)
Goggles with PROPER transparent lenses instead of the solid colored "glazed" ones.
Animalistic fur tufts for elbows, knees, shoulders, etc. And animalistic head models (Beast heroes are common in comics too)
Annnnnnnnd finally... More jacket/shirt options (What? no open vest style? No shortsleeve shirt with jacket?)

Grow up, Patriotism is the love of your country, Not the diehard fanatical support of it.
I don't care if they added a russian flag to the city hall building and I had to chant "FOR THE MOTHERLAND!" For a badge. It's a freakin' game. I'm not gonna instantly become a Russian, same way I wouldn't instantly become a patriot by pledgeing to a flag.

I've only encountered a bug where enemies get stuck in pillars at times, other than that, just a few minor ones.
