As the title says, I would like to arrange this TF and do it with my Ice ( ) tank, meet up at Sis in Indipendence Port, near Aurora Borealis and we'll arrange the team(teams?).
Level range is 20-25, for anyone that needs influence, prestige or the badge there' an auto exemp to lvl 25.

I would go for the Pyre Mastery route, that's the ultimate taunting power, with that and taunt you can grab aggro off anything...
After I got fireball I see no other options for a tanker that wants to be defense based and aims to keep the team alive.
You could go for a more damagin build with conserve power to land more attacks but if you want to just grab aggro, Pyre Mastery is the only choice.

It won't affect WS's pets for sure, because it only affects pet-like powers that can't be buffed normally(Burn, Blizzard, Fire Rain and such)while you can cast any kind of buff on the Extracted Essence(I've seen mine with 6 6 dots of Fulcrum and they were really awesome )

Wich is a bit of a nonsence to me, the whole Fury build up system should be based on damage dealt and the level of the foes, it makes no sense that a Total Focus or a Footstomp gives you the same amount of Fury as a Brawl......

Unless you have a disorienting attack imobolise doesn't provide great control IMHO

Agreed, because most immobilize powers negate knockbacks/up/down of other powers(such as Ice Slick)but they're really great with AoE Disorient, making the mass disorient+mass immob an additional AoE hold(Flashfire+Fire Cages )

In PvP Resilience is damn good IMO, with all those */nrg blasters and meleers out there, more resistance to stun is a god send, not worth enhancing for dmg resistance tho.

I never know anything of PvP but I can see what kills me when I try and get a badge in a PvP zone: the 'Stunned' status and no BF

I have 6 slotted all of the attacks on Golden Golem apart from Scorch and Boxing.
The 6 slotted ones are Combustion, Fire Sword Circle, Incinerate and Greater Fire Sword. All are slotted 1xACC, 1xEND, 1xRCG, 3x DAM. Even with Hasten running I still have attack chain gaps depending on what I'm doing. However I found Build Up is not that great with /Fire because of the long animation times, FSC particularly has a nasty 2 seconds pause at the end of the animation which means that you can maybe manage 3 attacks max before it runs out.

I would have thought an offensively minded tnak would be one who concentrated on damage from an early point not just in the last 15 levels.

For any tanker the big attacks are in the last 15 levels, before that yu have something nice but not the heavy hitter like Total Focus, Incinerate, Energy Transfer, Fireball, Cleave, Seismic Smash and so on..
You can pick Bone Smasher, Combustion, KO Blow asap, but you won't be 'offensive' anyway..
For offense roll a scrapper

Not sure it builds Fury up, I'm sure that the damage increases with Fury, tho
Cya all at 6 in the Outbreak, name's Azami.

The 4th slot for dmg res is useless, you gain a little less than 1% from the 4th SO, hence better put those slots somewhere else, say in an attack
The heavy attacks are absolutely worth 6 slotting(KO Blow, Footstomp, Incinerate, Fire Sword Circle, Energy Transfer, Total Focus and the like)because I would put at least an end rdx enhance in them since all of them are endurance hog and a rec rdx because they have very long recharge rate.
Then for an offensive tanker I would go for a Fire³ Tanker, so get both Build Up and Fiery Embrace then fire off Combustion, Fire Sword Circle and Fireball for amssive AoE damage, or as a second option Energy Melee(always with Fire primary and epic)to hit the bosses with the big attacks and flatten the rest of the mobs with fireball and whirling hands along with bone smasher

May aswell give it a try
