    With side-switching actually on the way, how do you think this will impact tanks?

    Personally, I think there are room for tanks and brutes in 1-50 content, but I'm not sure what the general public will think.

    Somebody had to start this thread.
  2. It's amazing how we are losing functionality with MA, as opposed to gaining it.
  3. I read it all. I've gotten a couple comments on my longest arc "Feet of Clay" that they didn't understand the appearance of someone in the mission. I tell them to read the souvenir, and then they get it. The follow up tells are always amusing.

    Master Builder is 100 votes, HOF is 1000.

  9. I hope they remove Dev's Choice and Hall of Fame.

    Also reduce the virual badge requirements as mentioned.
  10. I had an arc broken because the EB/AV's bio was too long.

    The standard bio of one of the main Dev created Villains - not a custom character at all.

    Perhaps in your case it isn't true. But several of those "Dev's Choices" arc... just aren't that special, which makes the selection process questionable at best.

    [/ QUOTE ]From what I have read, a number of the Dev's Choice arcs were broken when MA went live.

    And they can't be fixed with NC Soft help.

    That being said, I really do wonder if Dev's Choice and Hall of Fame will get pulled.

    Confusing the issue is that I logged back in to double check, and spotted that I got two new votes on Time Bandits (no feedback, though), as well two more playthroughs. So either those two votes were drive-by fivings, and the Author badges lag badly, or the tracker is outright missing playthroughs.

  19. I've created my third arc.

    It is a serious (probably too serious and dark) story arc. It does have a EB/AV at the end. Be sure to read the warning in the arc description!

    I would love it to get some plays and feedback!

  21. Definitely a good idea.

    Would love people to try my first arc, Save the Spiderlings! Works for all levels, but best for low levels.

    Easier to keep the little guys alive.

    Probably the only reason I would play it again.

    2 purples in 4 missions is pretty amazing. Sure it was a fluke, but worth a try again.

    Generally the arcs miss being Dev Choiced by things like "Oh, did I forget to mention there is an AV on this map?"

    In CoH/V we are pretty clear when there is an AV that you should bring some friends along to help you.

    Do you guys ever suggest they clean up spelling and usage errors? I played my first Dev's Choice today and it had multiple errors. I was shocked that it was Dev's Choice. The big villain was a minion. The NPC's, including the contact when he showed, were minions and mostly didn't have bios. I got sick of fighting -1 lvl mobs while running on Vicious.

    The only good part was the actual story idea and the two purples. That Armageddon Fire proc was verrrrry nice.
