    They only told us multiple times constantly that it wasn't coming with the launch of issue 22 way before the beta, and during beta. You can be angry at yourself for thinking it was supposed to be during launch since you had to have come up with that on your own.
  8. How long ago did the 3 new powersets with Issue 22's launch date come out, you know, Dark Control, Dark Assault, and Dark Affinity? Those are pretty new.

  10. Makes sense to me, I would definitely consider delaying Staff and Beast intentionally to miss double xp to keep subscriptions going. It will just take longer for the players to reach goals and requires more play time.

    ...doesn't that make business sense to you guys?

  13. To me, it doesn't make much sense to make them SUPER rare - they should be rare, but having them drop more often since they can't be traded might actually encourage sale of the Super Packs, or at least encourage more iTrials.

  18. I've said it every time Cardiac comes up in the forums:

    Check out Vigor - you get the same end cost as Cardiac Radial but it might give you more benefits outside of that, depending on your character.

    Whips & Chains - unlikely, but I think you might be aware of this. If not, it has been said several times by the devs that it would be far too much work since it took an ungodly amount of time to develop the 3 whip attacks for demon masterminds.

    Yes, dark has similar control options to fire control, actually.

    Yep, this has been a trend for the last couple of issues - bug fixes and changes hit Live after the release of an issue - they aren't even on the beta server yet.

    Last issue Poison had this problem too, as did several of the new Interface powers. Apparently there are Lore pet combos with certain Interfaces that still aren't working.

    They have been releasing issues when the build is good enough lately, and sometimes that doesn't even ring true.

    Curious how people are slotting Haunt...

    Dark Control looks slot hungry but not as bad as Time Manip. Looks like the confuse, single target immob, and cone immob are the only ones that can do without 5-6 slots.

    Fun set though so far.
