Good news: in case you missed it, they said the beta server is being made available for everyone, and not just for VIPs now that the studio has been axed.

My friends told me how much fun they're having playing GW2, friends I've been trying to get into MMOs forever. I do plan on buying that game and enjoying it because I believe it is a quality product. As a consumer, I'm making the right decision to support a product that I feel is worth my dollar.
It feels quite different from the original Guild Wars to me. The only other new game that is grabbing my attention and not letting go is Planetside 2 - but let me tell you, you have to have a beast of a machine for that game. The recommended specs (not minimum, recommended) are a quad-core processor and 8 gigs of ram. Yeah... I discuss it and show it here running on my new machine. -

Cool that they are doing this.
I disliked the game from the get go and I actually was in the beta and pre-purchased it and everything. The open frame thing kinda sucked - everyone made tankmages and never played with each other until they were forced to. Most games that ignore the trinity seem to struggle when it comes to multiplayer actually. -

What pissed me off about this quite a long time ago is that their sizing chart lists XXL but they don't offer it in the drop down list for ordering...

I could totally see the Manipulators - that would work - it's like a reverse-dominator.
Many people said we were missing the melee/healer AT other games have but this would work better I think. -

Don't worry, NC Legal can't make me talk. Actually, they can make me talk, but they will quickly regret asking me to talk. I can do that continuously for months without running out of topics.
