  2. Title reminds me too much of that slow fighting game series...

Also - a sequel might be a good place to generate the often-missed melee/support class.

    Good news all..

All the 'Dance of Joy' and Perfect Strangers references..

I can't believe none of you mentioned this site: http://nothingsgonnastopmenow.com/

If you haven't seen it, I seriously suggest you click it.

    Downloading CoH

All of my latest videos show the game with everything cranked except depth of field because I can't stand that feature. It's running on a PC I just built a few weeks ago. Here are the specs:

    Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core
Cooler Master HAF 912 RC-912-KKN1 ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
ASUS P8Z77-V LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
SAMSUNG 830 Series MZ-7PC256B/WW 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
    Western Digital VelociRaptor WD1000DHTZ 1TB 10000 RPM
    G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
    CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W
    EVGA Superclocked, Signature 2 02G-P4-2687-KR GeForce GTX 680 2GB
    Logitech G9x Laser Mouse
    Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit
    LITE-ON H/H Internal BD Writer
    Cyborg V.7 Keyboard

This should give you an indication of how it was meant to be played, OP.
  5. According to Zwillinger, they couldn't put I:24 onto live because of significant bugs.

    Love the Atari Superman backgrounds!
Click on the powers in the bottom right. This is cute. I was kind of surprised how many backgrounds there were.

My description never mentioned xp. Teleporting waypoints are available from anywhere in GW2 anyway.

    Nah, you won't.

All this time I thought you were speaking from experience - so you are making all of your statements based on other sources of info? sigh...

Not true - you are charging them with bandwidth costs if you already own the game. Also, playing a game doesn't equal living badly.

I will rephrase the question to those who apparently can't understand.

Does it hurt anyone to unlock some things Live? Only non stupid reasons count. Better?

I see your comment about Zwill saying unlocking things would make a massive mess and ruin the economy. Considering you told me to reread the thread..perhaps you should? I am saying..unlock some powersets. You know..powers? Which have nothing to do with the in game economy..since..you cant sell them at WW, so there's no player to player economic effects. As for the store/game economy....um..missing the fact it WONT work? You can't buy anything, nothing is sold.
A bit hazy here..but if nothing is being bought or sold..is there in fact..an economy??

Again..unlock the power sets for players. All players. WHY not? If they get a 50 with a set/at they dont get normally...and the game ends..WHY does it matter? WHo is it hurting? Seriously?? If the game gets saved..and that person is now unqualified for said Set..Lock it again. They could complain, but they got it free. AT worst, it would encourage them to buy the set. Oh damn, that is so awful for the game economy huh?

Or are you seriously so greedy about sharing a set YOU (and I did too) paid money for, with other players who would get it for nothing?
Since I don't think Zwillinger's reasons were stupid even with the full description of why you think it is since he didn't address the itemized list you are presenting, I do wonder why you think all of us players have the answers only Paragon/NCSoft can provide.
  13. The answer to most of your questions is in this thread.

    City of Steam

Hey there! Do you have any past Cryptic/Paragon Studios over there helping with this title?

Yeah I am eagerly awaiting Zwillinger's news, even if it is bad news I think we all just want to know. I haven't been jumping onto either server nearly as much since the announcement.

Yes, pretty much everything - in fact, Incarnate astrals and emp merits can be bought for 1 inf each.

Well, ok then - if you don't want what you posted.

According to CoH, that's not true.
  22. They did... on beta. You can buy pretty much everything on beta for free.
  23. If there is one thing I am dissatisfied with, it's that your sense of power doesn't really ever grow in GW2. You never solo 16 enemies at the same time like you can in CoH.
