Hello. After some three weeks of work I have now finished the revamp of the Kickers base. We used to have a base that was fully functional but, in my humble opinion, a bit boring.

After reading what the rest of you have done with your bases I set up a training area and started stacking and learning by doing. The result will come below in a series of posts.

I have a BS/regen scrapper who is supposed to be a weapons expert. I make sure he has the Croatoa bow and the revolver temp power.

I can agree with the need to find other people from your own area.. But where's the boundry drawn? I want a Swedish sub-forum. Or better yet a Stockholm one! Why not a forum for just my apartment? Oh wait..

Sorry Nerfer.. Being Swedish I must have forgotten that kids won't be kids.. Here it's not unusual for kids to drink.. I should know.. I work nights in the metro.

Hmm.. For me just changing the logo and/or the colors and lifting one of the items I want to change still works. BUT lifting ANYTHING with a SG logo on it reverts everything to the current logo set.

If you eventually realizes there more to this game than a room with a big green glowie and go out to learn you probably are an AE baby.

If you know there's more than the AE building but you don't care since you think having a server full of 50s you can't play is the highway to cool you're an idiot.

Btw Turbo.. I'm almost done with the Kickers base re-vamp. Pics in a day or two. Mu Sg buddies have given me enough "wow!"s to make me think I have done a good job. '

Seems like this would be pefect for me doesn't it? But I'll echo Heri.. I haven't a clue what I'll be doing next Saturday. If I'm awake and not hung over too much I'm in with either my 45 ice/storm controller of my 40 fire/fire blaster.

@Demon Hunter: Very nice base. But my Sg would kill me if they had to run through a maze to get into the base. Guess it works on Virtue.

@Turbo: Nice look. But please change the water to anything but blue. Try green, brown or anything but blue. That ruins the feel IMO.

And while on the subject of bases. I'm almost done. I only have the control/meeting room and the trophy room left. Pics upcoming.

Ok. You can change the color of the glass. I have one with our star and a blue glass, on the other the glass is green. The floor panels you just change the logo.

I'm with you Sam. I have a headache from screaming at the computer screen after this new 'great' forum is driving me insane. PK told me to log out after each session to tell the forums I'm really gone. 1) I don't want to do that. There's a remeber me function. 2) It doesn't really work either. If I remember I missed something and re-log it still takes me to posts I have read.

Please. Fix this. An alternative is that we get ourselfs a new forum. All you rednames will get green names and us forumites will have rednames.

I'm not entirly sure it was Stellclaws computer that did this. I suspect Steelclaw had a finge.. Err Claw in this.

Thanks for the help PK. These forums have a tendency to crash on me too. The old one didn't do that, and is it crashes it's kinda hard to find time to log out. Well.. This is good enough. Thanks again PK.

You can change color in those few objects that carry your SG logo. Other than that.. Maybe be creative with the lighting?
