You can change color in those few objects that carry your SG logo. Other than that.. Maybe be creative with the lighting?

Jack has it right. I'll also point out that on some items (the glass panels, the floor plates) you can only change the colors of the logo. On some items (the banners) you can change the color of the entire object.
The way to change these it a bit tricky. By default, they take the colors from your SG colors. Also, if you place another of the same item with different colors, it will 'reset' any previous ones.
Example:
SG colors are blue/red.
Change SG colors to grey/white.
Place Medium Arcane banner 1, which is grey/white.
Change SG colors to green/yellow.
Place Medium Arcane banner 2, which is green/yellow.
Change SG colors back to blue/red.
Place another Medium Arcane banner 1, which is blue/red *AND* this action resets the OTHER Medium Arcane banner 1, making it also blue/red. The banner 2 would remain green/yellow.

Ok. You can change the color of the glass. I have one with our star and a blue glass, on the other the glass is green. The floor panels you just change the logo.

Hi. is there a way to make an object a different color. i think i have seen this in other bases. the only options i can find are the lighting, which changes the color of a section of a room, not a single object. but i can't figure out how to change the color of a single object.
