Having been through my fair share of tornadoes and tornado warnings, that color looks accurate to me. In the middle of the storm looking straight up, the color is more of a pea green, but yeah, that's what it looks like.

Quote:I had a different experience. While I'll grant that Blackbeard was not as menacing as Davy Jones, I thought there was peril a-plenty. And it's a Pirates of the Caribbean flick, which is to say that it's a romp, not a thriller. The plot is disjointed, the action scenes are devoid of any urgency or genuine thrill, Blackbeard fails to be anywhere near as menacing or villainous as Jones and Barbossa were, new, boring characters are introduced and old, entertaining ones were abandoned (no Pintel and Ragetti). All in all, it feels like a movie that suffered from a rewrite of the script midway through production and the result is painful.
The beginning action sequence was terrific, and the scene where we meet Angelica was every bit as fun as the reveal in the first movie that Will the blacksmith was also a swordsman. Nearly as good as the second film and waaaay better than the third; I don't regret spending a rainy afternoon at the matinee. -
Quote:Here's a brightened-up version to show details:Well, I found need for some Victorian attire, so I decided to go back to the Steampunk pack on Test and see if I can't come up with anything new. Here's Carmilla (temporary name):
*edit*
And sorry about the dark screenshot, but you try taking a pic of a black costume in the Rogue Isles at night

Mender characters mess with anniversary badges. One of mine has the Fetus Anniversary badge, while another has the Revolutionary War badge. (I think he was logged out for 100,000 days.)

Freedom was lagtacular. 15 Pocket Ds that I saw. Some guy got a Steampunk booster and was trying to speak all steampunky. I pwned him. No one can out-jibber-jabber me if'n I set my mind to it.

Oh, and I have it on good authority that Mikey took out the discs before she dropped the cases, in case you were worried.
Kick her to the curb! -
Honestly, I'm surprised he didn't OD years ago. He had a serious illegal and prescription drug problem going on 4 decades. His insides must've been made of stainless steel.

Growing up in Ohio, I am all too familiar with the sickly green sky heralding a tornado's approach. In my 8+7/12 years in NH, I've only seen it once, thank god.

Going to give it a pass. Easily one of the all-time worst books I've ever read, from content to style.

Are you going to gate this stuff, too? And limit it to 50s?

Quote:So the Devs should make getting Influence easier. Those of you who quietly purchase game money and think no one is really being hurt, you need to read this article. Your fun is being purchased through the use of slave labour.

As a recipient of free Foo art in the past, I can attest that it is Footacular as well as beautiFoo.

Time to tie one on at the Foo Bar!
Happy b-day, Foo! -
Tons of cool stuff in there, especially the auras and team buffs. I wonder why they aren't calling it Issue 21? Certainly has enough content for that.
Also, am I reading it correctly that we can access those auras at 30 after doing the aura mission? -
0% for me after 9 or 10 trials. I *want* to participate, but I just feel like I'm unable to. I've never had good luck with drops, ever. Not with the costume drops back in the day, or Purples today, or with anything Incarnate-related. Getting booted 3-4 times per trial is just annoying. Eventually I give up trying to log back on. I've given up playing the trials altogether. I don't care if Tier 4s are very difficult to get for hardcore players -- as a casual player, I'm finding it impossible to even get the first thing slotted.

Quote:I think you overlooked the part where the Trials are laggy and therefore unfun. (Also disconnect-happy, for me.) There's a grind and then there's a griiiiiind.Even assuming the worst case scenario (you only roll commons) if you run the two trials a day (it should take about an hour) you'll have your rare component in four days (4 hours, although it probably takes a bit more time to set a team up) That's a GUARANTEED rare.
By that time you'll almost certainly have had enough threads and components for the other components you need.
The problem would probably be unlocking the IXP. But even that isn't that hard.
Four days, one our of playtime a day. That's not unreasoable. Yes, it's more than the mask-hunt (which took me about three hours) but again not unreasonably so.
Also, there's no way I'd ever earn enough Influence without resorting to farming AE missions. Across all of my characters, I probably have 500 million. At best. That barely gets me in the door. -
Quote:Due to the storms, I've been offline a couple days. Are you planning on doing this again any time soon?that was on my dirt cheap pve build i slapped together to get incarnates. im on justice, im planning to try the same thing again after the changes to interface tues.
Anyone else soloing a GM?
