I was under the impression that saving the costume only saved the costume itself and not any power customization.

I wouldn't put too much stock in that. I've heard a few people state that this change was related to the Walk exploit and that makes no sense to me. I think it was done to get rid of the pop-up box.

On the whole, I'm glad to be rid of the pop-up. However, since we already have multiple options to CHOOSE if we get certain pop-ups (not that they all actually WORK), it seems to me that they should have given us another option on that tab relating to the Mystic Fortune buff.

I think you are under the very common misapprehension (among people who don't live here) that "New York City" = "the borough of Manhattan".

New York City is comprised of 5 counties (AKA boroughs). Most of Staten Island and Queens pretty much are suburban.

Also, as someone who has lived in NY City his entire life, I have to agree that driving in and out of "the city" (i.e. Manhattan) is not much fun (except on the weekends, when most of Manhattan is a ghost town).

Given the sheer size of NYC, and the variability in transportation convenience, just where are your relatives located? Not looking for the exact address, obviously, just in general terms: upper west side of Manhattan, downtown Brooklyn, etc.

Okay, I may be stating the obvious, but are you on BOTH accounts at the same time? There are no offline coalition invites. To be sure you don't have to worry about any settings, trying sending the coalition invite direct from one superleader to the other.

Also, I recall a bug in the past, don't know if it was ever fixed.... try this with both characters in the same zone.

Since when? You can get Portal Jockey on a level 1 character by teaming with someone who has the arcs. I've had a level 1 character on Dark Watcher's arc. Are these two new arcs set up differently from every other arc in the game?

No. Everything about your character is loaded into memory when you load that character (or switch costumes).

She's well into 28 so far. I also have a level 40 defender I could play for the first two TF's, then switch.

All she said was she would be missing the next two weeks and advised when she would be available again. She didn't suggest we do nothing in the meantime.

Since next weekend is a 3-day weekend, if no one else wants to run something, I will. I'll think it over this weekend and post early next week.

Face it, EVERY significant change will cause someone to quit.
And every aspect that doesn't get changed fast enough to suit someone will cause them to quit.

I don't doubt for an instant that some people quit because redside doesn't have enough content.
But people quit for a thousand other reasons, too.

Yes, sadly, you seem very unloved. I flew to Chicago over the weekend and, along with the list of prohibited items, they explicitly singled out Snow Globes as not being allowed on the aircraft under any circumstances.

Sure you can. You just can't get the missions yourself. If it's not via Ouroboros, a level 1 character can join someone who has the contact.
