I've been playing since August of '04.
I won my copy of CoH at Gen Con Indy 2004. NCSoft/Cryptic had a booth there, and they were doing daily trivia contests with the game as prizes. All the questions were about comics and superheroes.
The question when I visited the booth: Who played Spawn in the movie?
The answer: Michael Jai White. I was the first person to get it right and won my copy. It was even signed by Statesman (aka Jack). He handed it to me himself. I still have the box.
Been playing ever since. -
Welcome, Protean, and let me say I enjoyed your Midnighter arcs quite a bit. I'm looking forward to your new stuff in GR.

Normally I hate GameStop and it's preorder bonuses, but these enhancements, while neat, are not game-breaking, and eventually every character will out level them. So, I don't care. I got GR pre-purchased already.

This needs to be revised, as in my experience, none of the Vanguard arcs awards Oro badges in the 45-50 range anymore.

Dunno if High Beam is still around to update this, but for the 25-29 arc, I'd highly recommend one of the new I17 mission arcs.
Twisted Reflections is 4 actual missions (plus a few "speak to" missions), all of them skippable to the end, in two zones, but they auto-transport you to the 2nd zone, and can be breezed through in under 60 min, really under 30 unless you have travel powers off (and maybe even then).
The other arc, Into the Looking Glass is potentially even shorter, but there's an EB to deal with at the end, and he can be nasty if you play melee.
The "Welcome the Vanguard" arc no longer awards badges in the 45-50 range, btw. -
What 50 of yours will be the first to go Incarnate when GR goes live in July?
For me, it has to be my sword-and-board Scrapper. I can't wait to see how the Incarnate system will make her even cooler. -

I just did the first villain arch and not as good as the hero version. But my Flawed clone turned out to have an entirely different power set. I was playing a Night Widow and she pulled out a Katana. Also D is apperently into beastiality because he think's Arachnos Fural is hot. Note the name, FURAL. She looks like a furry outside of her uniform.
