If I go with this build, it's gonna hurt to respec as it's gonna be difficult to decide what to keep and what to lose to the respec demon. Any other suggestions out there?
Also, will the lack o acc/rchg bonuses hurt this build? -
Lol. I use it whenever it applies. Drives my wife nuts. Keeps "reminding" me that the show is no longer on.

I have it in the new build. Like I said in the op, I couldn't get the new build to export, but the link is there. The only reason I mentioned the amount o end that you have in DR is because I was trying to figure out if it mattered compared with your overall +rec and end useage. Which is considerably lower than mine since I have (had) two more toggles running and my slotting on some o my toggles wasn't that great. Even in the new build some weren't that great. I guess I was depending on CP to much to make up for my end deficiencies.

Good point about the amount o healing per enemies. I tend to 4get stuff like that when trying to stack bonuses.

Dude, you need more end reduction in all those toggles.
And for the love of Pete, put some end reduction in Dark Regen, it's taking a THIRD of your end bar every time you use it! Dark Regen's base end cost is 33. I'm not sure, but I think that is the highest end cost for a non-nuke power in the game. I 6 slotted mine, the Theft of Essence +End proc is a lifesaver, it has a chance to proc for each target in range when you use the power.

I think you also are lookin at the 1st build I presented. The new build has DR taking about 18.7 end w/o CP on. I noticed DR on your build costs about 23.7 w/o CP on. I will admit that I am not a huge numbers guy and maybe the amount of end that you use over time negates the extra 5 end in comparison. The toggles however, I completly agree with you on. I nd to figure those out. I will look over your build and see what I can pull from it to lower my toggle end useage.

I put 3 end redux in it, and while I still can't afford to use it constantly, it's not a complete end hog anymore.

I didn't slot DR for the dmg in the new build. I know it has dmg io's in it but that's not what I slotted them for. I think the build you are looking at is the (present) build. There is a link at the bottom of the post that is the (new) build. I have had the present build for over a yr now and only recently decided to go back and try and figure out how to decrease the end useage of DR in particular. Compared to the 1st build, I did exactly that. But I must admit that figuring out the slotting for this build has always been difficult for me to do. I know what I want, but haven't been able to achieve it.
Thanks for looking at my post and replying to it. I did go back and look at it and took out the 3 eradication io's and put in some more heal/end/rchg io's in their place. Decreased my end by only a cpl o % but the end is lower than when I started. -
I have had this char for almost 4 yrs and with every respec I do I have never truly felt good about it. The res and rec are what kills me. That's why I picked up CP, to help bear the load for a bit. I have a love/hate/love relationship with this build that I don't have with any other 50 that I have.
My focus for this build (MA/DA) has become more a lil more expansive over the last few months. It used to be +rec, +rchg, +HP and +reg in that order, with a vain attempt at gettin a lil more +res in there. I have now added +def and +acc to the list. But in doing so, +reg/HP have taken pretty big hits, which is fine I guess. I'm including my current build and the one I am looking at respecn n2. If there is anything that you guys see that could improve the build, I'd love to see it. Thanks in advance.

I used to pvp, not alot but a slight more than casual. But that was before this dreaded ish came out. The only time I pvp'd after that was for Omega Sectors 4 yr anny I believe it was and nothing felt right at all. I hated it and I have not stepped foot back into a zone since and never will unless TS and DR are removed.
I was always under the firm belief that if you mastered the art of not only the pvp aspec, but also w/e AT you built up to be the best at what it does in pvp, it should show and you should most definitly be able to feel proud that you did it. -and not have some noob like me come in and take yah down becuase we are now "on par".
I never complained when I went n2 any zone on my purped out mind/storm troller and was the target of nearly everyone in there. It was actually a compliment of sorts. It meant to me that I, the powers that I chose or my build presented a danger/challenge to some in the zone. i13 changed all of those feelings. The accomplishment of spending ludicrous amounts o inf to get my build "just right", the exhuasted feeling when the spines/reg finally succumbed to my spammed dominate or simply seeing in broadcast to be on the lookout for the stormie in the zone. Team pvp was also great fun. Won't ever do it again I assume unless... Really sad too because I nearly, after about 8 months of playing the market, I nearly had my ss/wp ready to go. Then i13 came and after about 2 days of really trying to like it in test, I gave up.
The only thing positive this new system did for me, is it made me want to try out "new power set combos" to see if maybe they could get me to like i13 pvp. They were all ranged chars. But then the question of why bother? hit me.
Anyways, I appreciate the post Mac as it was a great read and even all the replies to it were great reads. Kinda felt like all the questions I had but wouldn't dare ask because I'm not really one o the more prominent pvpr's. I hope this doesn't seem like incoherent ramblings, it's just what popped up after I read all the posts. -
I was actually about to post that I was going to do that since it has been about 3 or so days since this problem has occured. Thanks to all that have tried to help me with this.

Yes. I am still having problems with this. I have tried during the known playing hours (although, I have moved from cali to okie w/in the last few days so maybe I'm screwed up there) and have also allowed both the cohu.e and the coh.e and all the ports -the 7000-7100 udp's I think they were and TCP 6994 or TCP 13094 or TCP 23094.

After clicking on the log in button, 15-20 secs goes by then this error message pops up. "The game client was unable to connect to the log in server. This may be due to a local network issue such as a firewall block, or may be because the log in server is down for maintenance." Occasionally the client crashes altogether.

Not sure what else I need to do. I have followed the instructions Lighthouse's link instructed me to do with the exception of allowing the UDP 7000-7100 ports. I am useing a military connection (broadband). The hotel itself had instructions on how to set-up the broadband connection, but I didn't need it as my laptop connected right away to the internet. I guess I should have mentioned that with the proposed pvp build that I was goin after there would be largely "me" powers. It would also dbl as my solo build (2nd build) when I just don't wanna team. I'm sure that when I go zone pvp with this build, it will confuse/anger some people, if not all. But if I wanted to appease them atm, I would go in there with my team build. Which has all the trimmins minus share pain (I hate that power passionatly). Sorry for the lack of info there.

But not in arena where you can revert back to old pvp settings. I know I said RV as well, but I mainly arena when I decide to pvp at all. But good point regardless. Thanks for the input. And yes, I miserly control my toggels as I hate going even to half my endurance useage. Ah well, I guess if I do decide to hit RV up consistantly, Ldrshp is the route I must go. Or phase like was also suggested. -

At the moment, I was considering takeing tough and stacking it with WOP and GW'S shield for all around +res with S/L in the high 60% +res range. And it's not too hard to perma WOP with sets. If I went the Ldrshp route, I would be taking assault and tactics for the obvious reasons. Tough=1 toggle. Ldrshp=2 toggles. I am very +res/end conscious (I try at least to be.) Thinking of arena and RV mostly. So what do you think would be the better route?
