I'm around 6'3" and still growing :x
People in my family tended to stop growing around 19... so I've still got a good few more years.
I'll probably end up being around 6'5 at least... -
It's an optical illusion!
You can be Scarfles C. Escher -
Zomg... that TA vs AoT thing made me almost fall out of my chair I was laughing so hard...
And the butt touchie thing is one of my favorites here still. -
I like the hilt the most... it just looks so incredible.
-
Of course your joining doesn't have anything to do with the fact that it has Graver and Starchasm and Dragonberry...
:P -
*peeks in*
I'll take a link for 200 alex... >.>
*pops out* -
Changed it a bit after I realized her skin had a green tint to it. Also removed some bad shading.
Really, feel free to give me suggestions and stuff! I'm always looking to improve. -
I'm never going to see Serge the Tailor the same way again...
Nicely done :P -

First time ever coloring something digitally, but I was too lazy to look up a tutorial or whatever >.>
Just a really rough test. Figured I might as well submit it as I've not submitted something in a while as I try to get my bodies right.
Suggestions etc are always welcome. Remember, this was a really quick coloring and I didn't pay an insane amount of attention to everything. -
Okay :P Finally came back to this and tried to color her. Though it probably would be better to color it in a program, I just don't have the experience to do that without it taking hours. So for a few days in school I tried to color it with pencils.

XD I literally fell over laughing at the Charlie Brown reference... simply because it fit the CoX event so well...
<3 it Starry.
Now do one for the rest of us!

Hmm...
Illustrator might be good for vector graphics... but you just don't have all the flexibility of raster. But you will keep the quality, and you can do more with pure vectors there than you can with Photoshop. It's a pretty amazing program once you learn it. -
:P I was just kidding. That's pretty amazing especially for photoshop.
You're making me wanna finish up my entry now :P -
Eh....crap....
*crumples up entry*
Bah. *sits around pissed that's Jugg's entry looks so freakin' awesome and he wishes he could do that type of stuff*
((Just out of total curiosity and a lack of search-foo... what program do you use for all your stuff?)) -
>.> Yes... I'm terrified of hands...
Thanks a ton for the help GraverI'm probably gonna try to redo this as there's quite a few things I'm unhappy with :P
-
Very, very rough WiP
:P I dunno. First time doing a full body, trying to "cheat" less and less >.> -
I'm not quite sure what's wrong with the neck...it just looks odd..
It might be the fact that you can't see the right side of it... it gives the illusion that his neck is the width of his head :P -
XD I like the idea of a teeney mushroom cloud.
Kael's neck is really bugging on me :P
The ink really pulls it together. I sooooo wish you would have had Radey flipping someone the bird -

In the case of the buildings, I can't take credit for those wonderful structures - they were already modelled. They're part of a Poser set called 'Dystopia' and are available commercially on Renderosity. I've purchased a couple sets and have downloaded some freebies as they come up in the 'freebies' section.
So, for the White Peregrine scene, I pretty much just imported the models, adjusted the sky settings, and rendered. I'd estimate about 3 hours of time to set up the city... plus 2 hours for my computers to render it all out. Finally, this afternoon, I took some photos of clouds and composited those into the scene to add a little life.

*Writes all this down*
Still, great work thoughI do like how the sun goes through the wings.
Still, I wish you had used that 4th idea... I really really love the wide angle view and the angle itself.. plus, the refraction of the water possibly on him I think would have looked great. -

Also, just curious, but do you make all these environments or do you get them from somewhere?
[/ QUOTE ]
I make my own environments. Well, I render them using 3D models I've purchased or built... but the images are all mine. I do all the arranging, lighting, and composition work to build a full scene.

I've gotta say, hats off to ya. The pure amount of buildings there is astounding, especially taking into account modeling and texturing them... Heck, just arranging them would take a while. -
I've gotta say, I really love #2 and 4 in your roughs... especially #4... It's got a real cinematic feel to it.
Besides that, only one other thing to say...
Crotch shot!
:P
Also, just curious, but do you make all these environments or do you get them from somewhere? -
XD I might have to draw TA now. Oh noes.
On the bright side, my cousin just sent me a handfull of "how to draw manga" books, so I'll definitely be using that to try to start doing some full body shots.
They're not the best, but at least they give me some models.
