  3. You know, you are right. I won't argue. You can think that when you do a respec that not seeing what totals your enhancements add up to until you are completely done with the respec has always been the way we've done it... well that's fine with me. I just got the confirmation I need. I'll ask that this thread be deleted due to sheer insanity.

    I've sent a PM to Niviene to read this. I've also asked her to delete it after she does.
  4. Well you are wrong. I've been doing respecs for over 4 years. It has always been there. When you slot your powers after you choose them those windows have been there. They always have been. I haven't been deluding myself for all this time just to bring it up now. Like I said earlier, I have been respec-ing my Doms. I just did two within the week.
  5. I just read the first two pages. I cannot go any further. This is a total example of the bad side of AE. Let us hope a red name comes across it.

    THIS is what I am talking about, just so we are clear. Maybe I just have not been explaining myself clear enough.

    EXAMPLE

    That window is what does not pop up anymore. The red tabs at the top of each column are the only way to get stats now when you do a respec.

    I dont know why things would have changed, but I'll go double check. I never touch that stuff. Unless something altered it with a patch it should be fine. THanks for the Tooltip tip.
  8. You must not be talking about the same thing that I am. I am talking about the percentages that show for what we slotted. If you were to look at your powers right now, mouse over one and the percentage for what you have slotted would show up. 97% accuracy, Immob duraction 12.5%... that kind of stuff. We've had that for a very long time now. I'm not talking about just the base modifiers. Of course, those aren't there now either since the entire pop-up will not appear.

    Thanks. I guess I thought that we still had to go there to get it applied to my account. My mistake. It's just at the tailor for everyone. I got that now. Still tired.

  13. I've been doing respecs on my Dominators. They were there just a few days ago. I'll go try it again. Maybe I was just tired. I DID just get off of a midnight shift.
  14. I tried to do a respec this morning after the morning maintenance. I won't do it. Not as it stands now. The pop-up window that shows the values as you mouse over a specific power you want to slot no longer appears. The only way to tell your Acc/Dmg etc... is through those red tabs on top of each power column. This just won't do.

    I was not sure if this was someone's bad idea or a bug. I bugged it.

    Nope. Not true. I just had to bug it 2 days ago. Didn't work in RWZ unless it was on a smooth surface. It had to be non-tiled. Not rubble. Not soil. I tested it for over an hour and then bugged it. It did work every time in missions though.

    You're confusing the issue at hand with a completely seperate one. Oil Slick Arrow not lighting when the slick is attacked is a known issue; one that's 10 issues old.

    The bug being mentioned in this thread has to do with the Mission Architect, where using Oil Slick Arrow in a MA mission will summon the Oil Slick target as an ally, making it impossible to light because you can't attack allies.

    Also, the theory that it will only light on flat surfaces is very much false. I've spent forever testing just about every other issue since Trick Arrows was released, and while I still don't know why it won't always light (though, I believe it might be an unavoidable server timing issue), I do know the surface it's on has nothing to do with it.

    Actually I was not mistaking anything based on what the OP was stating. I am aware... very very aware of the MA bug. The other problems with Oil Slick have never been like this (meaning the difference in surface appearance), hence my comment. This is the AT and Powers General Discussion thread. It is not the MA thread. That's why I posted here and not there.

    Are you saying:
    A) The Oil Slick Target is refusing to con as an Enemy unless on a smooth surface

    or

    B) Oil Slick refuses to ignite unless on a smooth surface


    A is the bug that's currently going around in MA (though it has nothing to do with surfaces it's on).

    B is "normal" buggy OSA behavior.

    Sorry for the late reply time. I'm working midnights and have not the daylight energy to come back. Anyway, to answer your questions:

    A) It cons as an enemy. It is targetable, but will not ignite in about 20 attempts that I tested it. Neither myself, nor my bots could lite it on anything but the smooth (appearing) surface of the bunkers in the RWZ. Note: It was approzimately 20 purposeful attempts. I had missed so often before that that it made me mad and I started testing it. This was not in MA. This was after the first Rikti Raid that I missed on Wednesday on Pinnacle.

    B) See A.

    My MM is decked out pretty well for accuracy. Tactics is runninng also. It works fine on every surface in missions. I was going to test it today, but I've been in zombie mode and honestly just plain forgot to do it yesterday.

    I was never Confused at any time that I was testing Oil Slick.

  23. Yup, Service Pack 2 and making sure the Side bar is closed out every time you log in. It helped me a whole lot. No more nvlddmkm. errors. Just sound loop stuff now. Good Luck.

    If I have my claws out and I am in the passive stance when I activate Danger Sense a swipe animation plays. Could be WAI but seems more like a bug as it animates normally without the claws, or if I'm still in the crouched stance that first drawing the claws puts you into.

    I have a huge model, and I'm using the viper claws, I have not checked it with other custom claw types.
