I had heard of others doing this when the market UI was changed but I never had any troubled unitl Monday then I purchased 5 items for 95 million each that were going for 40 million instead of posting 5 items for 95 million each that were going in the low 100's.
oh well live and learn -
I will wait forever if I have something that has not sold and its not one of my major marketing toons. I tend to price over the going rate and just wait for things to happen. If I find that I do need slots i just grab an alt and keep on going.
I remember getting caught in one of the rare salvage price drops where things that were going for 3 million (which I had stacks of) drops to under a million... I just left the stuff at my price point and then they sold. Granted it was not one of the toons that I was running at the time but still it was fun to watch -

I have not been able to play much due to work and RL issues but I do try to run for a little while, I have missed the last month of the Monday night Frads and run my MLC Elec/Kin solo from time to time.
I will try to join whatever activites the SG sets up but they have to be in the evenings starting around 7:00PM EST -

In other words, I spend a lot of time sitting around earning money I don't spend. Very roughly, we can say that every Th units of time I get H units of inf on my heroes and every Tv units of time I make V units of inf on my villains. If I am selling level 50 or otherwise max level stuff, and I usually am, I find Th and Tv to be roughly equivalent, but V > H. So for roughly the same time invested, I earn more on a villain in absolute value.
Overall Im not really worried about what will happen, I will lose some money, make some money but overall adjust to the new market. -
Finally got around to crafting and placing a bunch of mid level items on both the blue and red side markets from my Crisis toons.
just forgot to list them here, placed about 20 each side ranging from lvl 30 to 34 -

Woo Hoo Two Frad Mondays in a row... hope my luck keeps up.
We did have a lot of new faces and it was good to see... lots of pm's about the Frads and local chatter made it lots of fun.
The Posi was a ton of fun and it was my first run thru of the new posi.
Had we had better instructions and leadership from out... well... leader perhaps we would not have died so much ... but "be that as it may" it was still tons of fun -
Congratz on the successful runs again work kept me away :-(

Sorry my Doms are all perma'd w/o help, so I don't personally see most of your argument as truely valid. IMO those doms need to grind and get perma'd so they don't need a kin.
I have about 6 different Kins 3 on each side and I have SB on all of them, I guess since starting out as an original Stoner Tank and realized what SB does (I also have 4 Stoners now) I decided to make several Kin builds.
Anyway I dont consider myself a Buffbot what I do is hit everyone up before a fight and then I do my thing kiling left and right and then buff people near me always starting with the Tanks. if your out of range... oh well your out of range.
I dont think and never thought that it took away from my play (killing) time.
But its your toon so build it as you like -
