Jessica was the daughter of Louis(Gun-Nut) & Lisa, A hero who was very active in Paragon City.

Jessica lacked any superpowers at all, she has no idea why but it could be because her mother had no powers. Her father has never talked about is wife other then she is no longer with us. He raised me alone so I decided to become a police officer and hopefully investigate what happened to my mother.

Jessica proceeded to earn a reputation in Paragon City. I got to know many costumed heroes and help them on several occasions. She was not afraid of violence in anyway begin in 'The Hollows' all day and was awarded for her bravery for her actions under fire.

Jessica was in the Rikti War she was helping civilians evacuate doing what a superhero could have done but was fighting off the Rikti. As Jessica was helping one person out a Rikti attacked her there was nothing she could do but hold her ground and hoped a hero may come but unfortunately that did not happen.

It is unclear what happened to her at that moment, she was not seen for almost 2 days when she returned she was severely wounded and forced to retire as a Paragon Police officer even though she wanted to carry on.

A few years later, Jessica was contacted by a old friend from the force who was bonded with a Khelidan. She was invited to a secret meeting of super heroes. When she came out she was bonded with a Kheldian know as Lisa, she has not said what happened that day. But maybe her old friend let the Kheldian live with her strong mind, despite the fact she was still injured from war.. When she came out she was fine.

From that day forward she was called True Blue and began to fight crime as a costumed hero. She finally became like her farther but different in many ways...

We can't seem to get any more information of what happened that day, she won't tell us and nor will her father. She still is trying to find out about her mother and if she died, had super powers, was a HERO!?. Maybe one day she will know.

Hmmm, should set a date... My PB also needs this badge.

i meant ss as in super strength, which statesman has, but statesman doesnt come with the invul shields on (i spent far too long in recluses victory leave me alone) im sure he has them but they're invisible :P

I pretty much stopped playing my regen stalker for this very reason, I simply got fed up with it dying all the time. Regen for stalkers is flawed as they don't have the same base hitpoint as scrappers so the regen rate is slower.

I rolled a claws/sr stalker and am having much more fun and success playing her than I did with my regen.

Hmm I found my Regen stalker a god , Loved it that much that I went onto a scrapper and I still prefer my stalker... Are great in PvP also Dull Pain, Instant Healing, Took 3 scrappers in Siren's a while back with no problem and I don't even have reconstruction there :S

Illusion/Rad or Fire/Kin seems to be the most played set atm, Grav/Storm would be to team required IMO, but all controllers seem to be, before 32

Ok... Need help here want to make an Empath defender but how do you get anywhere :S If you can't get a team thats you sitting in Atlas waiting... I've gotten one to 12 at the highest, then DELETE!!! so what makes you all carry on!?

Hmmm, I'll break it down Run all shields make sure there all 3 slotted atleast with +Dmg Res or +Def if thats what it takes, Run in the mob use taunt use an AoE if got one to hold control and then carry on with Taunt, AoE but don't run out of end.

Also know your build don't want to be tanking somethink you can't.
