Jessica was the daughter of Louis(Gun-Nut) & Lisa, A hero who was very active in Paragon City.
Jessica lacked any superpowers at all, she has no idea why but it could be because her mother had no powers. Her father has never talked about is wife other then she is no longer with us. He raised me alone so I decided to become a police officer and hopefully investigate what happened to my mother.
Jessica proceeded to earn a reputation in Paragon City. I got to know many costumed heroes and help them on several occasions. She was not afraid of violence in anyway begin in 'The Hollows' all day and was awarded for her bravery for her actions under fire.
Jessica was in the Rikti War she was helping civilians evacuate doing what a superhero could have done but was fighting off the Rikti. As Jessica was helping one person out a Rikti attacked her there was nothing she could do but hold her ground and hoped a hero may come but unfortunately that did not happen.
It is unclear what happened to her at that moment, she was not seen for almost 2 days when she returned she was severely wounded and forced to retire as a Paragon Police officer even though she wanted to carry on.
A few years later, Jessica was contacted by a old friend from the force who was bonded with a Khelidan. She was invited to a secret meeting of super heroes. When she came out she was bonded with a Kheldian know as Lisa, she has not said what happened that day. But maybe her old friend let the Kheldian live with her strong mind, despite the fact she was still injured from war.. When she came out she was fine.
From that day forward she was called True Blue and began to fight crime as a costumed hero. She finally became like her farther but different in many ways...
We can't seem to get any more information of what happened that day, she won't tell us and nor will her father. She still is trying to find out about her mother and if she died, had super powers, was a HERO!?. Maybe one day she will know.
