Oh wait, you probably weren't alive around that time... -

There's probably one now.

Why won't anyone believe me when I say I have no magic at all!? Just because it sound similar doesn't mean it is the same!

Not surprised that Champion took #1 for most deaths in a TF.

And for the slag comment, I've heard... "Stories" about people buying the most expensive graphic card they could and ending up frying their motherboard and losing everything due to incompatiablity or too much power.
Not sure if I'm recalling it correctly or to the accuracy of said stories. -
Quote:How can I find that out?
Since I don't know what your wattage is, the 4890, 5850, and 5870 might be a bit out reach. -
So what card would you reccommend that won't reduce my motherboard to slag?

Ok, finally back. Here's what I could transcribe that my mushy brain could handle.
Quote:Some spelling may be incorrect but the techinical information is there.A problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent further damge.
The problem seems to be caused by the following file: nv4_disp
The device driver got stuck in a infinite loop. This usally indicate a problem with the device itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly.
Please check with your hardware device vendor for any driver update.

I'll get a piece of paper and transcribe it then...

Only got the one.
If it was a powersupply issue, wouldn't it have come up before? -
Not sure if this is the right place to be asking these questions but we do have some smart people here...
Just today, whenever I would start a game, the screen will go pink and wavy and lockup. Restarting the computer just leave that wavy patterns on the screen until I get to the bootup for Windows and I get a BSoD saying that my graphic card got into an "Infintie Loop" or something like that and does a memory dump.
I can only access windows regularly if I go into safe mode, disable my graphic card, then restart my computer to boot like normal.
I am able to restart my graphic card and everything work unless if I try to play any games that require a graphic card (All of them).
Updating the drivers doesn't do anything or rolling it back. The problem still persist and BSoD said it could either be my drivers, which I disproved, or damage to my graphic card.
Said Graphic card is a Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTS on my Dell Dimension XPS 720 (I know, Dell evil, get it out of your system).
Do I need to replace my graphic card, and if so, to what? -
Is a "Radeon HD 2600 XT 512 MB GDDR3 PCI Express Graphics Card " any good compared to my Nvidia GEforce 8600 GTS?
(I copied and pasted since I am not sure if I would have excluded important information by just typing it down.) -
Quote:Sure, no worries about your spouse outliving you and getting your stuff when you die.Would you marry someone who aged normally?
As far as we know, Marcus Cole hasn't been involved with anyone since his wife passed away-- and if The Freedom Phalanx novel was canon, that would be nearly 25 years ago. That's an awfully long time to be single.
Shalice Tillman married a man who's probably 50 years younger than she is, who grew up in a world of differing expectations and societal mores. She lived through World War 2, Woodstock, the civil rights movement -- was Manticore even alive during Woodstock?
Knowing you might have centuries ahead of you, would you risk falling in love with someone who'll grow old in what might seem like the blink of an eye to you?
And if you did-- once you went through that-- could you do it again?
If you were Statesman, would you marry again?
You'll be the one doing that.
And if they get pissed about it, just disappear for a few decades until they either get over it or die. -
