Working a arc. My enemy group consists of 1 minion, 1 lt and two bosses. When I enter the Mission the Bosses show up as Lts. The Mission is set to flat, and all mission objectives are set hard. The Boss Critters are set to Hard/Hard.
Please help what am I missing?

The Champion server population, and indeed every server's population, is definitely down from the 2005-2006 heyday, but it's still thriving. I see many more people on now than a year ago. A server merge is about one of the worst things that NCSoft could do. Champion is Champion. Freedom is Freedom. Virtue is Virtue. If I wanted to play on Freedom or Virtue, I would. But Champion is my home.
Now, the Champion server population may decrease a bit next week, as will all server populations. However, Champion will still be here, as will I. I won't be playing City of Heroes as much starting next week, but I fully intend on splitting my game time between.... that... and here.
I know I'm not the only one.
Why do we need so many servers, when the subcriber base is so much lower, than what it was, during the peak years.
More active servers will make the game more enjoyable for all subcibers. How can NCSoft facilitate more activity with its current subcriber base? Even Stevie Wonder can see: These servers need to be merged. There has got to be plenty of ways to merge servers and still allow veteran characters to maintain thier old home server idenity ( badges Titles etc).
IMHO: It makes obvious buisness and customer support sense, to merge servers, and Do it soon.

Hey I play on Protector. I'm thinking of making some new toons on other servers, but I wanted to get a feel for which of the other servers are the most active these days. Everytime I look at the servers on log in they all seem to say light load. What does that mean? 10 players or 100 players. I know thier all pretty slow compared to the pass. I just want to see what your opinions are. I normaly play during all times of day mainly Heroe toons. mainly which Server activity are equal to or better than Protector.
Forum members Please advise.

Enemies seem to have too much range and are too easy to aggro. Not sure what they did with the numbers but it seems that they really have messed up a lot of stuff.
Stuff is about to get really hard to buy. Prepare to take forever to level up toons and be able to buy things for your toons. I understand nerfing AE, but they should have left the developer content as it was. -
I wish I had known that before I wasted a My Free Tailor Cupon. I was so excited too. I guess I should have read the forums a month ago huh! Another I-16 disappointment !.

Welcome to a month ago. In fact, welcome to several months ago when i16 was announced. No epic AT was included in the power customization from the beginning.
There have been many topics on this, despite how often patch notes and other messages from developers have stated that it has not been done yet. There is some question as to whether it will be done, since they are tied to lore.
