There have been many topics on this, despite how often patch notes and other messages from developers have stated that it has not been done yet. There is some question as to whether it will be done, since they are tied to lore.

its not just your PB its also WS, so all khelds, and yes im severely dissapointed about it also since my main is a WS

I wish I had known that before I wasted a My Free Tailor Cupon. I was so excited too. I guess I should have read the forums a month ago huh! Another I-16 disappointment !.
