Well Scarpper are my Best Class in the game and i tell you what to try
(1) Regen- is all Healing and regain health and End, it is possible to play this class with out Stamina or Health, since Regen already have those already in it's Pool.
(2)Invulibilty- has the most resist's Protection in the game only weak Againest Psi
(3)Willpower is Great for Psi protection and little of Regen and Invul Combo
These are great Stuff too, but you can make any Scarpper Secondary work just Work and do some experiments with builds and don't give up. -

it's took us a week to get the 400 Rp Badge, you got to get a good group of people together to do it and log on every day and just farm rep on your toons and Alts.

I don't like to farm and rarely Except power lvling unless it's to hang out and socialize with friends, Does that make me a noob, don't think So. -

I hate the way evil is presented in City of Villains. It's dirty and weak. It takes the easiest path to make something look evil with a dingy, ugly town and contacts like Westin Phipps that are just horribly written caricatures.
I liked the new arcs because on some level it let me try to be evil without resorting to stupid kitten-stomping cartoon evil while retaining some sense of humanity. Plus it focused on my character trying to get something accomplished (I felt the hero Dark Mirror arcs are just terrible for this, your double is doing all the cool stuff the entire time). -

Alot of Story Arcs you do, is to kick his butt is pretty fun, imagine doing a Sf where you work for him and kick his butt at the same time.

I don't think there is nothing wrong with the Villain Story Arc in COV, in fact i sometime think they are better then the Hero Arcs, Anything with Doctor Aeon in it is just Awesome and the TV Arc is Enjoyable.

Well EVil is Something that people believe in, like the devil or a Evil God, that cause all the world evil. In Reality it's a Mental Illness or Someone is Power Hungry or a Street Gang that don't no any other life to live by. Hitler and Stuff like the Nazi's or the kkk they all believe there goals are pure and that everyone else is wrong and are evil in there eyes. Everyone has a Dark Side and sometime that side comes out depending on how you are raise or Where you are born. At the end there no such thing as pure Evil just word feel with Crazy and Sick people who need help.

You no what, Seem like Dr.Aeon Show up alot in Story Arcs on Both Heroes and Villains Side and As well on STF. I won't mind Seeing A Dr.Aeon SF in Future, how about you Dervs out there and you Players huh, lets here it for Dr.Aeon.
