I have an 18 month vet account, and I was still subbed when gr came out. How do I change my global name?

My best thing that was sorta like a misstell was when I was doing a rsf, and we were on the final mish. You know: the freedom phalanx. So, we were doing well, when all the sudden someone quits while we were wearing down BaB. I was in vent at the time, so I said "this ******* ******* just quit in the middle of a rsf!!!!! what the bloody he'll is he thinking!!!!" turn out HE was in my vent too, and he needed to pick someone up at the airport. Apparently I missed him saying so.

Ok, my bane build is mostly melée, except for poisonous ray, and has all the gadgets/tactics plus full stamina and ss/sj. One slotted hasten, 5 slotted health, all the attacks six slotted, placate four slotted for recharge only, a gaussians build up in the tohit team toggle gadgets, and the rest is pretty much frankenslotted. Plus five slotted tough and weave and a set of five lotgs, no global recharge as of yet but the slot is filled by a defense SO.

Needless to say, it sucks at PvP.

What am I doing wrong? I have little to no money, but could probably scrape up enough for a respec recipe, so no purps or PvP IOs...

Someone please make me a bane spider cheap build that is merely adequate, I don't wish for the impossible and want a cheap and effective pvp build that kicks ***, I just want something that can hold his own for long enough to get help or get away.

I have the updated mids and as far as I can see the only way to cap resists is to get some purples... Darn.

Well, here's the thing. In an end mod proc, the 3 set one, there's a 10% chance to disorient your foe. If you slot it in Stamina, what does the proc do? Do you randomly disorient your target? Does it have no effect? Or do you.... Disorient yourself?

What is CJ, Steadyfast Unique, or s/l?

I have a level 50 Dual Blades/Firey Aura scrapper. Now as you can imagine, he has a bit of an issue with resistance and defence. Right now, I have Stamina, Health, Tough, and Weave, plus Physical Perfection, but he is still not able to solo +3.
Here are his stats with all toggles on
Max HP: 1403
Regeneration: 1.00%
Restoration: 2.47%
Resistance to Smash/Lethal: 52.79
Smashing and Lethal Defence: 6.89

I was hoping somebody could please tell me how to get better defensive ability. I have a respec availible so that is not an issue.

Yesterday while beacon-hunting, someone remarked to me that there was some way to get the badges displayed on your map. How is this accomplished and what are the devs official stance on this?

I would make the purple into a dark blue. The purple doesnt look very nice through the blue glass
