be warned its fataly boring. one of the worst i ever did, as very few count, just the ones that dive and upgrade ;p

Yeah, teamed with Salicious and 6 others so we could try for this and dang but the bar barely moved over 2 hrs, decided to come back to it later. -
Now that I'm lvl 49 and have howling Twilight (thanks again for the team last night Jon) either Friday or Sunday's suggested times should suit me if you have a slot.
-
I'm an end hog, particularly for an MM so I need Stamina, and now with Swift going to provide a speed boost to flight powers as well...

Afraid it doesn't look like I'll be available at all for this afterall as I'm going to have to work the weekend. Good luck though.

Well there is suposed to be another GM in St.Martial, called Ballista... and isn't the EB.... it should be the GM this time, anyways there is a post with him mentioned... take a look.Thread with St.Martial GM mentioned....

If you keep reading that thread though you find that:

Can we get some red-name confirmation as to whether this exists? As so far i;ve been running around St Martial hunting Longbow, and i've taken out 35 spawned EB longbow Ballistas in a slight hope that it might spawn something.
This 35 is the number i've hunted today since waking up, the actual number may be double this given my activities last night.

ummm, the EB is what they want =)
there is no Ballista GM ;p

Well as most of you know they are supposed to be permanently upping the rate of prestige earning so that might make things a bit more affordable.
Then didn't Bridger say something about them examining base rent too? -
Might be up for this against Caleb & the flier, already defeated Deathsurge and Ghost of Scrapyard. Might still be willing to help with them if you need more people though, first make sure there are no players available who want the badges though.
Check CIT with my ID to see what badges I still need so you'll know what I'd likely be up for. -

In Warburg the system is WAI, since it's not minimal risk to attack someone and kill them to get the scientist. It's PvP in a PvP zone. In Warburg the "official" target is to get the codes for yourself while preventing the enemy from getting them.
Pretty much the same situation with people complaining about getting attacked at Siren's when heading to missions. If they succeed, I get debuffed. There is nothing wrong about taking them down.
Recluse's problem is that whoever happens to click the glowie first when the last turret is down gets the count towards the badge. This someone can be from the same side as you are, so there is nothing you can do about it.
[/ QUOTE ]
I'm talking about entire groups ambushing the person who has the scientist following them, not the usual one group versus another, more of a rapid smash and grab, and they are usually waiting near the entrances to the underground web, how can this be compared to the instanced missions which are randomly placed throughout the zones. If the target is indeed to get the codes as you say, and it's not minimal risk then why is it that these people feel incapable of going into the underground sections themselves to nab a scientist?
It's the same thing as the OP mentioned, waiting for someone else to do all the work then snatching it from them at the last instant. -
I don't get those who enter PvP and think by broadcasting that they are badgehunting/dueling they are immune to being attacked, I regularly go in to try get badges (once I hit 50 plan to work on my PvP, perhaps get the various accolades first in the hope they might help) but if I get attacked I either stand and fight or run away, if I get faceplanted then fair enough, I knew the risk when I entered.
-
Should the same not be said of those (predominantly stalkers from what I've seen) in Warburg who wait for people to exit the web with a scientist in tow before ambushing them, in the hopes of getting both a kill and a scientist code? Minimal risk - high gain.
It's fair, it's allowed, yes it's irritating but not like it'll ever stop as long as the game does allow it.
The tag system does actually sound like a valid way of preventing such, but to prevent abuse you'd need the tag to reset on the pillbox/scientist after a period, returning the turrets guarding it/sending the scientist back to where he was picked up so there are no easy grabs possible. -
More PvP events in the works then? Shame you missed the double XP weekend, hopefully people will help you on your way up.
-
If there's a place available I'd be up for it, exemping down doesn't bother me.
Just double check GMT or BST (current time in UK and Ireland)? -

A new 1x2 Workshop will be available costing 50,000 Prestige. It, too, can not have any Dimensional Anchors in it, and it is limited to 1 Worktable and 1 Storage object, as well as 1 Empowerment Station.
[/ QUOTE ]
if it's 1x2 you can only fit one item in there since you need the other square for door access, so it's 1 workstation/storage/empowerment not and. Or am I confused on this?
[/ QUOTE ]
In a 1 X 2 area you can fit 1 worktable, empowerment station and storage item depending on how you place them. Items cannot be placed within a certain distance of doors but they can still be placed in the square that a door connects to. For example my sg at one point had 2 wroktables, 1 empoweremnt station and 3 storage items in a 2 X 2 workshop so thats 6 items in 4 squares.
[/ QUOTE ]
Ah, thanks, so I was wrong, couln't remember what size the smallest current workshop is (have 1 worktable, 2 empowerment stations, 1 salvage storage, 1 insp storage and 1 enhancement storage in mine). Makes more sense now. -
If it wasn't for the double XP I'd be in there like a shot but I can catch the TFs later (sadly have no TF badges), double XP
. I'd have to exemp down for most of them so I wouldn't be getting any XP so for this weekend I'm strictly about XP and any badges which I'd still be able to get XP while doing.

Dangit! 7months of scrounging and saving prestige such that I'll probably have a generator (last bit to basic base, have control & kitted out workshop, will by power room tomorrow night at the latest*) by the end of next week if not before and NOW they look into doing this...
/em sighs in resignation...
On the plus side at least all the new players can enjoy the base building thing faster, hopefully they'll have fun.
*assuming no problems playing tomorrow, probably won't play tonight. -
They're in the Prima Guide for I7, you should get a link to this on the game screen before you agree to the EULA thingy.

How do people find this compares to Dark Servant, the pet from the dark secondary power pool, as they sound like they're rather similar in terms of the pets powers?

Just be careful of what the divorce settlement may entail:
Half the value of the house - "Ok, fair enough..."
The car - "Please be fair, I only cheated on you once!"
Half your CoX characters - "NOOOOOOOOO! */em leaping across the table to kill his ex-wife"

Well it looks like 8pm suits the most people so I guess we'll go with that, hopefully we won't have any hitches, disconnects or crashes.
I'll check back here again later to see who's put themselves down for it and then try contact everyone in game around 7:45ish, after that it'll be just the seven who reply first in game are in. If there's a lot of interest and it doesn't take ridiculously long I don't mind if the first group don't complete the mission after we've all gotten the badge, leaving it such that I can switch the team (probably logging out and restarting my laptop first to clear the paging file) then re-farm it for a second lot afterwards, suppose it depends on how many fake nems we can spawn per instance. -
Exemp/lacky, whichever suits the most people is fine by me.
I'm thinking Saturday evening/night would suit me best, any particular time suit you?
Hopefully we can get together a team of 8 and it won't take too long to farm it. -
Have the Defeat Fake Naylor Mission and wanted to know if anyone would be interested in trying to farm it for Fake Nems over the weekend to get the Unveiler Badge?

Pretty sure I have them kitted with 2 Accuracy, 2 Damage, 1 Accuracy Debuff and 1 Healing. They tend to last quite well against anything other than major AoE/Cone attacks or Flamethrowers. Usually only lose 1 per mission (playing on the second most difficult setting) unless the boss creams them.

I was going to go for assualt but this would impact on my end with it being a toggle and ive also heard that the enforcer in thugs gives a leadership buff. Is that right??
Any suggestion what are other good pool powers for a MM?
[/ QUOTE ]
Well still couldn't hurt to get the leadership pool as the buffs stack (at least they do since I7, and boy was I surprised!).
Endurance wise I tend to fight alongside my pets so can't really advise about whether to take Stamina or not.
