    Odd, but expectable.
We should be able to minimize the damage if we can use freezing weapons and cadmium missiles before he reaches a body temperature of 1200° Celsius.

If Godzilla decides to run, I'll have to change my plans of voting for Cthulhu.

Nah, I dug Final Wars too. It was a big, goofy movie full of kaiju fights, dudes in trenchcoat wire-fu, and Don Frye being the manliest man on the planet. Some Japanese otaku and American G-geeks were expecting it to be some sort of grand opus and got butthurt when it turned out to be Ryuhei Kitamura having fun with the Godzilla franchise.
  5. Also, concerning Brutes and AVs:

Brutes now gain an additional 5% Fury (up to 70%) for each attack that connects against AVs, Giant Monsters, and Player Characters. This means that, assuming you don't miss a lot, you'll hit the upward limit of Fury rather quickly against those sort of opponents.

One of my main characters is an SS/Inv Brute that's been around for years; the changes are hardly noticeable to me.
  6. An addendum to my above post about wanting decorative computer terminals:

The big, transparent touchscreen terminals in Praetoria ... MUST HAS NAO!!!!

  8. Ben Nevis, a level 50 WP/Stone Tanker. I deleted him because I thought that he'd be better suited as an Earth/Earth Dominator. I was wrong. Now, he's currently sitting as a level 9 WP/Stone Tanker who I'll once again work on after a couple of my current in-game projects are at stopping points.
  9. Good.

Now, can we re-power Juggernaut, get the symbiote off of Gargan, and put Songbird back the way she was?

From the sound of it, they're only preparing people to write books or make movies about the Great Zombie War after it happens. Maybe someone can convince the university to create a companion course on how to actually survive the inevitable zombie apocalypse; Max Brooks already wrote the perfect textbook for it.

Not necessarily. Brawl, Sprint, and Rest are all inherent, but we can slot them.

I'm trying to see if Ransim mistyped. If the I20 CB does start next week, then either I19 won't have a CB phase, or it's been going on this whole time without an announcement.
  16. Issue 20 (?!) CB starts in a week, and will have signed NDAs
  17. Incarnate stuff will be included in every Issue

    Perfect Endings

I'll have to come back to this thread once I've come up with a list, but one film that I've always defended as having a perfect ending was Terminator 3. The majority of it is, admittedly, hit-or-miss, but I really dug that it was all leading up not to Judgment Day being averted, but for it to happen and for John Conner to be safe when it did happen because his survival into the future was necessary for both his creation in the past, and for Skynet's evolution into a system truly capable of taking over the world with advanced drone weaponry and cyborg soldiers.
  21. They've all been replaced by Supers.

Between the continual influx of new Supers following the first Rikti offensive; the second Rikti offensive; Arachnos operatives regularly causing widespread destruction and chaos; being abducted by the Circle of Thorns, Vahzilok, and Devouring Earth; being replaced by Nemesis automatons; being eaten during random zombie outbreaks; the annual Hellmouth opening on Halloween; and any number of other dangers faced on a daily basis, the non-powered residents of Paragon City have gradually all either vanished, been killed, or moved away.

The population count hasn't suffered all that much due to the before-mentioned automatons as well as new Supers constantly coming to Paragon, which, for some reason (Mender Silos?), has become the hotbed for all superhuman and paranormal activity. Over the last six years, it has literally become a City of Heroes. Any civilians you see are probably either directly involved in superhuman affairs or are employed by companies and agencies involved in superhuman affairs.
