  2. I hope this is a regular thing - it's like the "cover" for each new Issue.
  3. ...Is a thing of the past in Issue 23:

But that is the "official" title for that group of devs

Considering that there's an entire AT that's not only 100% lore generated but also forces players to start off dressed like the NPC versions, thre's really not a problem

Using NCSoft products to make avatars based on characters owned by NCSoft = ok.
Using NCSoft products to make avatars based on characters owned by someone else = not ok.

That is just how i feel about it. Even worse is feeling that I would be part way through finishing a set, and then having it removed leaving me with a partial set.

That is something that would piss me off even more

Whilst I have enjoyed the game, and its community (and helped out with a few EU player events over the years), I have to admit that this is one thing that annoys me even more.

As i said earlier, with hindsight, my preferred option would have been a similar style to the old tree, with the ability to just buy up months as and when you had the money.

Now it feels like a case of "spend money NOW, cos you never know when it gets removed totally".

That, to me, feels like an instant cash grab...
They're making these T9 VIP assets available by another way later on

It's free for VIPs with I23.

They might be unlocked for free by doing 10 Mo runs for each Trial within a week.

I think that they made it with the intention of making more, but found out that it was causing a few small problems, and decided not to make anymore - the performance hit mightn't have been picked up during beta testing, so they mighn't have known about it until it was already released on the live servers.

    GR pretty much covered that

  20. Apparently, the main problem is the extra resources needed to render 2 sets of textures for the arms.

Well, he knows what we're like now, so that should help him shape the new MMO to satisfy as many of us as possible
