Brutes have a lot of power sets Scrappers don't. Like Superstrength. It's an irritation since I then have to write up a bio explaining why I'm referring to everyone else in the Rogue Isles as a piece of scum. That I don't bother going on missions and just street rampage my way through every level makes it a bit easier.

Maybe you could divide the sum by the number of levels you wanted, then log in every day or so to check on the progress, and pay per level that had been completed?

I like all the stuff they've done, but I think Cimerora is my favorite thing this year - it's a great new direction they've opened up, with so many possibilities for other time period zones.
