I remember, pre-merge, the EU forums was always a lively, interesting and interested place. I remember having to check them several times a day to follow some threads which excited people - and that happened quite frequently. I loved the "Pop Culture" boards, which were bustling and relevant. I followed the Roleplaying boards because there was always something going on.
Stuff happened.
Nowadays, it's rare to see more than a few posts per day in this so-called "European Lounge" and it's not unusual for a day to pass in which no-one posts a thing.
Both the "Lounge" sections here are just like a chatroom for that area of the world - ao all the stuff that went on before in the Euro sections is still going on in the new sections, and the Lounge is just to hang out and chat in. -

But when the event starts, and you get the event window in your navigation window, click the "I" for info about the event. -
The think it's the collar that really kinda makes the outfit.

It can also be triggered by converting the salvage for the 5th costume slot - so prepare for more frequent attacks once the ToT gets into full swing
