That might be hard - on average, the opening weekend of a movie represents between 33-25% of its final total, expecially in the summer when each weekend usually has a big-ish new release - and if a movie opens poorly, theaters don't tend to let it hang around to build up an audience - it gets yanked out in favor of the next blockbuster hopeful, and loses screens too fast to recover.

Wait - are we talking about other video games here?

I wonder if they ever filmed some of the other earlier scenes in RotJ? Like threre was one where Luke, Chewie and Lando were discussing the rescue plan at some kind of inn or tavern run by Jawas, I think.

I don't think it can really be blamed on anything - it simply doesn't have enough appeal to a normal audience to make it a hit - like I'd never even heard about it until I saw this thread, and I live in the geekosphere

For a studio to throw 60 million at something this obscure was box office suicide. -

I think that with an engine as old as the current CoH one, there comes a point when the amount of tweaking needed to try and make it perform actions it was never designed to perform becomes more toruble that simply creating a new engine with the required features built into from the start.

I think they might run some kind of discount sub offer for people who wanted to play CoH and CoH2 - like 20-25 bucks a month for both games.

I think the walking part is motion capture work to make sure that the hair moves in a realistic way.

Not when it's in the right context - but I don't think this topic is allowed on the forums anymore

So we could go back to horses?

Quote:I think this manliness is mostly in your imaginationThen we punch each other and grunt some more! And eat meat, like real men are supposed to! Then we drink whiskey and break brick walls with our heads and take no injuries because the sheer force of our manliness shields our heads when we headbutt stuff! Then we go out and beat up kangaroos in boxing matches!

Quote:Guys can have muscles without being hairyDamn straight! We get muscles and body hair and we look like Hugh Jackman! Looking at the list here... it looks like the least-manly real man is Ryan Reynolds. And he likes Deadpool, so that rachets him up a notch in the awesomeness category.

Then you need to go back and serve the rest of your sentence

That would be a pretty epic bug if the GR exclusive content was unlocked for everyone on August 17th

I never seen an auction like this in the game before - it's rather epic
