But Silos might not be the Nemesis - he could be an alternative version than never went bad.

Quote:Sure, the guys could be men in tights, but to blend in, the girls would need long dresses - something silky and clingy with one fo those wacky pointed hats for noblewomen, and something cotton with a nice leather bodice for a more peasant look
I fail to see why, since the male half of the population was wearing hose back then
and we do not consider ourselves bound by tight gender stereotype these days

I've heard that Jack was a very big on the idea that everything in the game had to be explained with an in-game reason

The letter writer is also working with Protean, so that tends to set the jerk alert bells ringing

From what they said on the I19 panel, they'll be using the same crafting system that was in the GR closed beta - or something very similar to it - so we'll need to get Incarnate shards or the specific Incarnate salvage from the high level TFs and raids to craft the enhancements for the slot.
-
Quote:Someone should tell Heroes that before we start the new Incarnate TFsIf it showed how the people there suffered because Cole wasn't protecting them, all the better. Make it look like what Praetoria would become if the Resistance won: a slow and painful but utterly certain deathtrap for the people living there.

Quote:What's wrong with Silos being a version of Nemesis? I think it'd be cool if he was a not-so-evil version of Nemesis who was actually trying to do something good instead of badWhen Ramiel was around during the i18 beta, one of his dialog options explicitly stated that Silos was a version of Nemesis. This is like adding a flaming hoop to the shark jump as far as I'm concerned but there it is.

No mention of the Lost TV set helmets?

Wherever Battle Maiden is, she'll have her warriors too

And you can do the Hero's Hero arc via Ouroboros a soften as you liek - just like you can use Ouroboros to do the new Hero's Epic arc as often as you like. -
Quote:I don't think they focus on just the one thing at a time - like they'll be fixing the older costume parts as well as making new ones and converting NPC ones for players to use - these threads are more about finding out what would appeal the most to players so that they can focus on those first.Since you asked, while there are few things that would be interesting to have, I would rather resources be put into new pieces and making some of the older low rez pieces look new with NPC peices being done when possible.
For example, there's a huge range of NPC cosutme parts to convert, but they can't do them all at once because they're working on other costume stuff too - so this thread has so far shown them that converting Carnie bustiers and Mender shoulder and thigh pads would seem to be more popular than converting, say, CoT mage hats and Council breastplates. -
Boomtown could be what some of the 5th Column street mobs are talking about when they taunt the Council about Striga not being as good as their hidden base "in the heart of the city" - although Boomtown is more on the edge than the heart
-
Tha lack of mentions for the Carnival bustiers, with or without the big bows, is an outrage.
I think variations on some of the stuff on Ghost Widow, Belladonna Vetrano and Sister Airlia would also be cool to have. -
He was probably still drunk from the meet and greet the night before

EDIT: The funniest bit of that little exchange was Avatea's "I don't want to interrupt this, but we only have a few minutes left" - which the Mark III translator would have shown meant "sit down and shut up"
-
The Rikti homeworld would work pretty well if they wamted to go the GR route and make it an expansion, as they've already established the two factions there and how they interact with Primal Earth, so there's already a multiple choice set-up for any Rikti homeworld content.

The dinosaurs should be in a South American or African jungle, and there should be some kind of lost city to discover too.

Quote:I think there might be an instanced map at the end of each event, depending on what side you helped - they've already tested zone events spawnign instanced maps with the new winter event last year - click presents in the zone to spawn the GM in the zone, then defeat the GM to get a portal to an instanced map - so the new zone events could use a similar system - for example, in the Sydicate stand-off one, if you defeat enough PPD in the area around the building they're surrounding, you might get an instanced map inside the building where you can continue to help the Syndicate, or if you defeat enough of the Sydicate around the building, you'll get an instanced map inside the building where you can take down the rest of them. One thing I'm not sure I've missed or haven't seen mentioned but in the Praetorian Zone Events, where there are 2 sides you can take, does that turn into a PVP event or will you be in a different instance depending on your choice or will it be PVE but you can't target players of a different choice etc etc?
Any light to be shed here? -
A medieval time travel zone would be awesome
-
I think that's a slight misunderstanding - they were asked about zone revamps for places like Boomtown, and War Witch said that they were aware of player requests for it to happen - which is more of a "maybe" than a "yes"

And we last saw him as a level 15 scrapper looking for a team

According to the I19 panel, Lady Gray has asked him to join Vanguard, and he'll be helping assemble teams to fight off the alpha strike of the Praeotrian invasion.
Tin Mage is actually Tin Mage 2.0 - he was built from teh schematics of Tin Mage 1.0 who was destroyed on Omega Team - the new Tin Mage dindn't have the magical power of the original, but Lady Gray gave him some of her power instead.
And as Tin Mage 1.0 is best known for joining a team to go to another dimension to stop an invasion of Primal Earth, Tin Mage 2.0 will be helping assemble teams to send to Praetoria to try and stop the invasion there. -
I think he is

Back in the GR closed beta, someone said Ramiel was the name of an angel of hope who guides people to heaven - so that seems to be quite a good fit for what Mender Ramiel does.
