I'm on Victory server, and have offered to team with you several times - but you keep running away, which isn't going to help you with your shyness problems.

If the Battalion are similar to the Shivans, and are just blobs of energy, then they might fight in power armor

A zone filled with trees, bushes and CoT - it'd be pretty good for showing off the new stuff they've been doing recently

Which can be read three different ways-

    1. He was not mentioning updates to Dark Astoria because of the Halloween update, which may or may not take place in Astoria, and may or may not utilize the Astoria lore ***SPOILER***(they didn't talk much about the actual event other than saying you go to a mad scientist's mansion, battle into the mansion, through the mansion, underneath the mansion, and out into a graveyard where you meet the Abomination)***END SPOILER***
    2. He was not mention updates to Dark Astoria because they're for a future update
    3. There isn't anything planned for Dark Astoria
Recently, Second Measure said that the next zone to be revamped is one that's only been suggested a couple of times on the forums.

Although that would mean losing access to the forums to give your feedback, as well as to any beta testing

    Official costume contests are coming.
First prize will be a Razer Naga.
They will be themed contests judged by developers.
Another incentive to use the Market

    Races

There's actually a sensible in-game reason for something "official" too - in a similar way to the arenas being built as a safe way for heroes to test themselves against each other, specially bult race routes would be quite likely in a city with this many superpowered people in it.

Make BAF and Lambda more on par with Keyes difficulty.
But the Trials are supposed to have different levels of difficulty - they're not meant to be the same - and as we open new slots, the Trials will get harder - the Coming Storm is an even bigger threat than Tyrant and the loyalists

    No thanks.

Call me when they start generating real content again.
No one will be doing raids all the time - but the way they're adidng low level non-Incarnate trials will help get everyone used to the way they work - the firs Incarnate Trials were a bit bumpy at first as they were something new to the game - but now that they're becoming as established as TFs, that won't be a problem anymore.

They've investigated other things and decided not to do them

Also, with the spread of the new style trials to non-Incanrate content like the new sewer one and the planned holiday trials, they're conditioning players to be comfortable with the LFG and TUT stuff right from level 1 - all the new players coming in with I21 won't know anything else.

That's assuming you don't get any threads while playing that week - so it could be closer to 5 years

I think it's going to be used like the GR head start was - to catch any last minute bugs before it's open to everyone.

I think there might be a new beta patch at the start of next week, with the launch very soon after that.
They've also mentioned a head start for VIPs, kinda like the one for GR, so any last minute bugs can be caught before it's opened up for the freebies.

The fact of the matter is, There is no freedom if people have to take every option presented in order to move to the next level.
In other words, it's the same as the current veteran reward system

IMO, I think that part of how Praetoria was presented was due to toying with new tech (within the constraints of time)... to the point that many of the missions were the same regardless of who was playing them. Part of that was probably even to satisfy player demand for a 'City of Spies'.

But that's largely irrelevant to the mechanic that allowed for, what was, [2+2] factions to reside on the same zone map without having to run the same Contacts/arcs. Point is; mechanically, it can be done... it just needs the storytelling and support cast to, um, well... support it.

Besides; player characters aside; there isn't much pretense going on with NPC villains on blue side; they make their presence well known whether they live there or are just visiting (unlike those hero types that are mostly sneaking their way around the isles). Like I said, they're Paragon Heroes (they don't really care about the citizens of the Isles); perpetrators, mouth-pieces and frauds; the lot of them.
The Praetorian set-up was designed to avoid the need for PvP between Resistance and loyalists, by giving them one organization to work for - which is the role of the Vanguard in the RWZ - Cimerora and First Ward both have similar dangers that require Heroes and Villains to team up - or at least leave each other alone - but it's hard to work out what the reason would be for Heroes and Villains not to fight each other in Atlas Park or Mercy Island - especially with the new content for those zones, which plays up the Hero vs Villain fight.
