Quote:Some form of solo Incarnate content is being developed - it will be slower than the core Incarnate content of the Trials, but faster than the current solo progress - and it'll involve a lot more "grinding" than the Trials.Hello, i'm back after a year break and after reading some guides and stuff i'm still confused with the incarnate stuff. My main currently has the 2nd alpha slot enhancement on her. As far as i understand:
-to get the lvl 50 (+1) i need to equip something in the third alpha slot, is that right ?
-i could in theory unlock everything solo, if i buy the exp with shards, and if i farm enough shards to convert everything as needed for the various items in the recipes ?
-how does the "exp buying" thingie work exactly ? I didn't notice it on the NPC i checked, however i probably missed it. Which one should i see, and is it realistic to do that ?
As i play at odd hours i'm not overly motivated with the incarnate raid farming so, soloing would be a good plan if i can... Thanks in advance for the answers

It's a fun TF, but it's in the wrong level range - 20-40 doesn't fit with the rest of the Praetorian storyline.
At 45-50, players learn about the Praetorian AVs through Maria Jenkins and Tina Macintyre - and their stories are set before the invasion begins, even though they start 5 levels after Admiral Sutter.
Following the 45-50 arcs, the invasion begins with the Apex and Tin Mage TFs, and then the storyline continues in the Incarnate Trials as Primal Earth hits back against Tyrant and the loyalists.
And not only is Admiral Sutter out of sync with the high level Praetorian storyline, it also stamps all over the Paretorian exit missions at 20 - for example, a responsibility loyalist will hear Provost Marchand tell them that going to Primal Earth could be the best way of stopping the dimensional war - but with Admiral Sutter starting at 20, it's quite possible that players could be fighting the invasion only a few seconds after agreeing to try and stop it.
Admiral Sutter should either be 45-50, or an Incarnate TF. -

Quote:In the August Producer's Letter, Second Measure said they were working on 2 new Incarnate Trials, and the way he worded it sounded like they were going to go live this year - I think there'll be at least oneslot released along with one of them - possibly as part of an I21.5 mini IssueYou know this thread is now depressing. It was posted 4/20(hehe) April 20 so that's April, May, June, July, August(won't count september it just started) 5 months and no new incarnate powers. Also they haven't even announced any for i21 either
/wrists
Don't worry I still love ya devs but if i22 doesn't have some new incarnate powers I'm gonna have to take a break again.

Quote:The only connection I have to the devs is that I really enjoy the product they work onBig wide grin..who knows..Golden Girl does seem to know things..mayhaps she is not the daughter of a Dev as I have always thought..maybe Golden Girl is the personal account for a Dev...wider grin..she might even be War Witch

Well, from the way Second Measure worded it in the August Producer's Letter, it sounds like there are another 2 Incarnate Trials coming out this year after I21, so if they continue with the trend of having Prometheus reveal more info about the Well and future events each time a new Trail is added, we should get a bit more info on the Coming Storm

Some form of soloable Incarnate content will be added later on - maybe in I22, or maybe afetr that - it'll be faster than the current solo path, but slower than the Trials, which are the core content for the Incarnate system, and the main path to Incanrate powers and abilities.
He said "Incarnate Trials" - that kinda removes the chances of them being low levelQuote:It'll be interesting to see these new "trials"...if they're anything like the new low level Sewer Trial then...I'm all for 'em! Hooray new stuff to do!

I wonder if Zwillinger talking about furute Issues and saying "21.5" was a mistake, or a slip?
-
I wonder if the people who make those bots ever wonder if they're wasting their time?
-
This will be one GM that players don't have to search for
