The Tin Mage and Apex TFs have already shown that they a champion of a Well can depower non-Incarnates - and a similar depowerment for Incarnates was used on the new Tyrant Trial - so it's quite possible that future content will involve enemies who can depower us at various times.

I think you're misinterpreting whatever it was you heard - they aren't removing Sorcery or anythign else - it's just not intended to be unlockable by only one origin.

CoH already offers plenty of relaxation - the Incarnate trials are just about the only content in the game where it's possible to actually fail - every other "failure" is just cosmetic.
The mission to save Sigil and Kadabra isn't really a rescue mission - it's just "defeat Talon boss and her guards" - that's what triggers the mission completion, and it can't be failed. -

The storytelling, lore, immersion and interactivity are at an all-time high right now - it started in I17/I18, and it just keeps getting better and better.

Going by the way the new Penny Yin TF plays out, they could be planning to totally redo the entire Respec Trial story and setting.

I'm not sure why they'd add in so many power sets that must still be quite a long way off - like wouldn't it make more sense to have a private internal build to test them on, and only add them to the public beta build when it was time for us to test them?
If they stick to their schedule of releasing new sets evey 6-8 weeks, then they're putting up stuff now that won't be live until next year. -
