Does anyone have any EC builds to throw out? I'm specifically looking to slot up my EC/Kin Troller which is tons of fun to play but I'm a bit all over the place build wise. Ta!

Canned my VIP sub today after thinking about it for a while. Logged in to move a few toons about and boom no powers/macros, just temp shite in my trays.
Made me really glad I did cancel. I'm pretty sure there's been a patch since they broke this and not fixing it... well that really does tell me all I need to know about the priorities of the dev team etc. It won't happen again if I restock my trays on however many toons are affected... Gee thanks, that's so helpful.
Must admit I was disapointed there wasn't a cancelling survey, at least that I'd hope might be read by someone. Oh well. Cya in the Free areas sometime down the line. -

When they wrote "a calendar month later" to me it was poorly worded and the literal interpretation would have meant Nov 28th. However, everything else they wrote implied that they actually meant that you receive your Paragon Reward Token for being a VIP a calendar month after your bill date except for those with active accounts on or before Sept 28th. So I got a better response... after I reopened my ticket and got the usual response from someone who hasn't actually read the question and then escalates as soon as you point that out to them*
Same info as others have gotten about it being the 28th (or a calendar month later if my account wasn't active when Freedom launched) but also the first line of the email tells me it works on the same schedule as the old Vet reward program.
I think we all know by now that it does not. I've asked again for my specific account details.
* is it just me? In game GM support has been great but the couple of times I've had an out of game support ticket the entire experience has been utterly awful -
...and now Support closed my ticket without a response.

Also there have been a lot of stupid trials recently and when you fail a Lamb or people pile onto AM straight away in Keyes and simply ignore league chat it really puts people off running them as PUGs

I've been on quite a few of these recently. The idea is so all 4 trials can be speeded as much as possible for Empys but I really don't enjoy them. On the other hand, I just need another 12 empys for another PVP proc so I'll be doing more once I get a chance to get back to trials.

Having run more and more of these I tend to sum up Underground quite simply now.
CLARIONS PLEASE!
Formed a League yesterday, we had exactly 2 Clarions. So some alting around and some folks making them and then we had 8 and that's much better. To be honest for in leagues *and* for on my own toons, I think that it's better to have a tier 1 Clarion and take the hit for losing the level shift.
As a rule of thumb with a PUG, I want at least 6 Clarions before heading into the queue and at least 2 of those need to be familiar enough with the trial that in the Avatar fight they can stagger theirs if needs be. This fight tends to go really fast these days, the only issue is when impatient as... people charge in and the League gets hit by the confuse because Clarion hasn't been applied yet. In a way there's some comedy as many open with judgements and then wonder why half the League just wiped... but I'm mainly just facepalming at the time.
Other than that. Temps on the Warwalker are a pain in the behind. In one last night, I fired off 5 temps at it with no effect. I am now convinced that Des has to be in range to this guy for the temps to work. As soon as you get a combo of her into basically melee range and the temps firing off; he starts to drop like a hot potato. -

So now that it's out, is there any more information about 'Premium In-Game Customer Support'? for VIPs? Is this a simple case that the existing support is only available to VIPs or will we see a noticeable increase in the quality of support that we get now?

Heads up, from the patch notes to beta last night.
Addressed an issue where Desdemona's invincibility at the end of the event would occasionally not apply, leading to her demise and failure of the trial.
I've failed at least twice (think 3 times) where Des died, so a heads up on that one. Grr -
The Kisana/Ariad/Davejb show just MO'd. All four in one stressful run. Never again... till tomorrow.
