Jacket still missing. 7th time mentioning it beginning to lose hope.

It is located between Sleeveless Robes and Jackets as shown by this picture.

The reason why I mention this is my main uses the Jacket and it is impossible to change anything without losing the suit and Jacket has no clipping issues with any shirts underneath since there is no shirt underneath.

Hmmmmm. Bug in demo record not showing spines...

Wonder if that bug can be turned into a feature at some point.

Thats assuming the samurai is a player and not an NPC.

However if it is a player then my guess is that the person is using claws and the claws have been made invisible by a new costume piece which animates alongside the now invisible claws.

The hair he had to work with didn't go to blonde very well. Kinda disappointing. The First one was better but the 2nd was more accurate.

As for not trusting him with your kids. If a guy 6 ft 9 and 279lbs in an Armani suit carrying a katana and smiling came to my door odds are I'd need a clean pair of underwear and likely grab the kids and start running.

Course thats's just me.

Might as well add this again. Jacket is still missing after several posts about it over a year. Between "Sleeveless Robes" and "Jackets".

-Current costumes with Jacket cannot be altered.
-The Jacket has no clipping issues with chest textures unlike Jackets.
- Does not become transparent showing chest texture.

I really miss Jacket for my business type chrs

Neil was quoted as not sleeping with the young lady in question though there were odd complaints from the person staying in the next room not sleeping either. Likely purely circumstancial and in no way related to Neil's stay at that particular hotel room on the night in question.

I'm extremely disappointed that an image of Statesman would be used in such a way. I know that we designed City of Heroes to appeal to "children of all ages." My proudest accomplishment with the game is that many parents (including my brother) play with their children...sharing, I hope, the same joy for the comic book world that I've had ever since I was 8. Personally I don't think it is an attack on City of Heroes. We as gamers know how absurd it is. The average politicians pick 7 games they "Heard" is bad or popular and chain them all Together. "Look at scenes from GTA, Manhunt, and Tetris. You can see the violence and how it is making our children into killing machines." It would be the same thing as villifying Ms Pacman for having unprotected sex and having her little pac baby and exposing it to gang violence by having 4 ghosts come after the child.

Ignorence is the issue. Rather then take a stance against how ignorent people are about reality and consequences of violence they take the easy way and pick a scapegoat so they don't have to take responsibility for letting little Timmy have one of their 17 fire arms, 2 boxes of ammo and not telling the kid that shooting people is wrong.

Saying "You are a bad parent and should be locked in jail because you allowed Timmy to have the guns and bullets used to kill people and never taught him the basic human decency and values that killing is wrong.". is not going to get them any votes when yahoos like Hilary say "Video games are the reason kids kill people and need to be stopped".

1: I was a bad parent I had guns and ammo lying around. If I had of taught Timmy better people wouldn't have died. How could I have left my child down and the innocent children killed.

2: How could I have let video games corrupt my child!! Ban Tetris and Manhunt so no child will go on a killing spree!!

My money is on 2.

I think the reason that people aren't negative is people would be more then happy with a pic that is considered "bad" by these artists.
